You can attach this hitch to a Towtec system, yes.
Two holes in the receiver can be seen. The hitch will stick out of the truck further if the first hole is used. Despite that, there are some bumps that cause it to rattle. Using the second hole, you can hitch closer to the truck, and it won't be too bad. It doesn't matter whether I haul with or without a trailer, just that I don't notice anything. The hitch was awesome though, I highly recommend it
In the medium duty trailer hitches, NoBulletProof Hitches does not offer a pintle attachment. As part of their HD and Extreme duty hitches, Bulletproof offers the pintle attachment.
There is one made for the 3" opening, so you'll have to order one

I am impressed with how strong this hitch is. It was built to great specs, strong all around, with no complaints to make. Exactly what I needed for my two children. It is important to have the ability to adjust the 5" hitch. Height of the hitch is easily adjustable. My local truck specialty shop offers a few similar products, but this is a much better hitch and a better price.
When I hook up all the equipment I have to tow, I appreciate how simple and adjusting it is. I feel very secure when I hook up and go using it because it's rated for a heavier weight than the tow weight my equipment requires. It is easy to adjust the heights as needed and I love the ease of use of the product. They are not kidding when they say this product is Bullet proof! Thank you, S.
The truck was purchased so I could tow a trailer with it. This is a very sturdy product that doesn't With the included double ball I will be able to achieve most, if not all of my future goals. It was a well spent dollar!.
