I found that the cordless remotes (x2) did not work right out of the box. Both batteries were replaced, but they were still not working. To operate this winch, I have to use a wired remote control. This issue makes me pretty angry. I have contacted the company but have not received a response. The company has no plans to replace or reimburse the product.

There is a large Ford tractor attached to which the winch is mounted. In summary, as long as I inspect it regularly, at this capacity, both are extremely durable, but I initially thought it would be quite simple to install and use but it turned out there was a lot more to it. Also, I did not realize I shouldn't loop this together (I thought it was just a problem of steel cable not kinking, burring, stretching, and did not consider that it was also prone to abrasion and fraying if I did this). )This meant that other chains and harnessing were also needed for me to attach the winch. It's always better to have all your bases covered and feel safe at work, so I finally got everything in order. I am in awe of how strong this winch is. It is so much easier to use this when we have to free other equipment from mud or from a ditch or drag bulky loads.
