It did not take long at all to put together. I haven't been able to put it on the truck yet because the box was delivered in the rain, and all the electronics were submerged, so I'm waiting for new ones to arrive. Customer service is excellent. All parts are well-made and easy to assemble. If there are any issues, it is fairly easy to repair with basic mechanical knowledge. I am very pleased so far. I can't wait to not freeze when I go plowing with my tractor.

The plow arrived on time, and I was fortunate to have my neighbor helping me line up the parts since they are heavy and lining them up them out alone could have been challenging. A few parts were missing, but the company sent them to me right away. In order for you to get your missing parts, you must fill out the warranty tried all the methods I could think of, including calling, and I got what Clearly there was no warranty involved, but this just wasn't made clear to me. Looking back, it makes a lot of sense. I purchased it as insurance against getting any snow. I use it for clearing my driveway and road even though we haven't got that much snow yet, but since I have the plow we probably won't get much, so the purchase price was an investment. I love this.

The first problem with VM EXPRESS is that it's horrible to work I have had zero answers (if I get any) and I just keep getting At last, they suggested that you contact the manufacturer. My answer is yes. It's like a series of hoops to jump through. The plow I have is not compatible with the tractor I bought two months ago. Gosh, I still don't have a snow blower for sale. If you do not want to lose time and money, please do not purchase.

I bought this plow because it was a great price! For example, using wireless remote control to turn on and off the power. I used it for the first time today to plow my 400' driveway and I was very pleased with its performance! This is a great product!.

Now the blade sits crooked because the hitch was not square to hook into the pickup. There was a lack of clarity in the instructions. As the blades that I got with the kit were too short, I had to weld in a 2" piece of steel. This plow was not as good as I had hoped it would be.
