It's likely to happen, in my opinion. It's a good match for my JKU from this year.

May 2021: 6 months after installation, I've added a note. On these running boards, rust spots are beginning to appear where the metal is separating. I've only driven on the highway and in town, so it's not like I've been out on the back roads. This disappointed me a little because it was advertised as being tough and rust-resistant. I was expecting rust after a few years of use, not just six months. I still like the way these look, but I'm not a fan of how they're starting to rust in places. As a result, I'm now giving it a three-star rating. November br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br 2020: These look fantastic on our 2015 Jeep Wrangler! They're sturdy, easy to climb up, and the extra step in the middle allows me to get to the top quickly. Bonus: In less than an hour, you can have it up and running!.
On my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited, it was a breeze to install this great product. The only reason I gave it three stars instead of five is because it is located far too close to the vehicle, causing me to frequently miss the steps when entering or exiting. I would have given them more stars if they had been made so that they protruded farther from the vehicle. I'm a tough cookie. I'm not sure how well they'll help you get in and out of the vehicle, but if you need to stand on them to get to the roof, they'll come in handy. I bought them to install a lift kit so that my family and I could step into the vehicle more easily, but they're way too close to the vehicle.
Okay, I don't write reviews very often, and when I do, they're usually positive, but I'll tell you what I wish someone had told me. To begin with, my wife's jeep has been modified with a lot of OEDRO high-quality, well-designed equipment. These look great in photos, and they're just as sturdy and tough in person. They did not, however, quickly bolt up. At all. I've installed another brand on various vehicles and have never had to work as hard, primarily because the center bracket did not appear to conform to the OEM standard, necessitating the purchase of longer bolts. Everything appeared to be level, tight, and rigid once installed. br>From a personal standpoint, they are not particularly aggressive; however, they sit extremely close to the jeep, and you may miss them exiting the vehicle. A more aggressive (wider) stance would be preferable. If an older person is entering and exiting, the drop level is ideal. If you're looking for clearance, these sit pretty low. br>They appeal to my wife, but she drives with a lift and wide tires. I haven't told her that I believe they take away from her good looks. br>As a result, I have mixed feelings about this film. It is well-made. Don't be too quick to bolt up. The boards do not appear to be the most durable.
Because I am short and needed assistance getting into the vehicle, we replaced the bumper on our recently purchased pre-owned 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. For the most part, it's worked out well; however, it's a little too close to the jeep, and I have to be conscious of being deliberate in finding the step when exiting. My husband's foot has slipped off on occasion due to a lack of width. When it comes to getting to the top, we prefer the middle step option. In some areas, the installation was simple, but in others, it was a nightmare. He had to use his drill to enlarge two of the holes so the screw could fit through. Overall, it's a fantastic look.
The steps themselves are of excellent quality, and they look great on my 14 Jeep JKU. However, the hardware that comes with them is of poor quality; four screws snapped apart while being tightened, and they snapped before they were fully tightened all the way. Ordering the same size screws but of much higher quality is a simple fix. Overall, the item is excellent; however, dealing with the screw issue was unpleasant, but it was still worthwhile.
Wrangler JK for the 2016 model year. With a little WD40, the old 18 bolts were easily removed, and the new ones were easily slid into place. Installing it is a breeze (it takes about 2 hours). The stainless steel bolts look good, but I'd prefer them to be black so they don't stand out as much. But it's nothing that a coat of paint won't fix. There are a couple of small dents in the steps, but they are difficult to see due to the powder coat.
I'm very pleased with the product's appearance and quality, and it was a breeze to install - In about 20 minutes, a friend and I were able to attach them at a leisurely pace.
