Is there a backing plate motor mount included?

Only the plastic molding at the back is included, and it attaches directly to the swivel at the back of the chair.

What size would it fit on ?

All Promaster appliances from 2014 and on should be able to use it With power folding heated mirrors, the 2021 will allow you to see all the way to the back. We found it to be effective

Are there any 2019 models that it fits?

That seems to be the case. The fit on my van was perfect. It was not equipped with heater mirrors, but the clearance was still fine.

I am very pleased with it because it fit perfectly and looks fantastic on my van. The replacement of that cracked window took me a long time. This is something I wish I would have done.
