Included in the kit is galvanized and zinc-plated mounting hardware as shown in the images. Designed to be easy to install on trailer crossmembers and to fasten your bunk boards to your swiveling tops, this kit is ready to install right out of the box

The crossmember is designed to fit 2x3 boat trailers. U Bolts included with the kit fit around a cross member that is two inches wide and three inches tall.

With this Swivel Top style bunk bracket, you're able to adjust the height to meet the industry standards for 8" with slotted holes.

Whether you have a flat or angled hull, this style of bolster support allows you to align the angle to contour to it with an adjustable top bracket.

A bracket for a 3x2 u-bracket that has an inside width equal to the U-hole diameter would be ideal 2 1/16 inches is the dimension of the bolt?

Unless a commercially available alternative is available, you could have them made by a fabricator.

Are the bottom inside dimensions of the non-threaded part of the u bolt and the threaded part of the u bolt, if positioned with the threads facing up, 2.5" or 3"?

It seems as if these In total, bolts should fit over a 3" tall crossmember that measures approximately 3 1/16" wide inside.

Is this bracket rated for a certain amount of weight? The fiberglass boat I have measures 16 feet in length (and it has a 90 horsepower ?

They were on my boat trailer and I owned a 17 ft boat at the time. I don't know what their rating is. Sundance 5 foot boat with 50 HP Johnson motor

The price is very reasonable

I had to replace all the hardware on my trailer after the board completely fell off. Despite the fact that it had everything I needed, I still came away with a lot more. There is nothing incredibly thin about the metal but it is also not an extremely expensive metal. The product appears to hold up well and does the job it is supposed to do. This is the first purchase that I have made and I would recommend it to anyone who needs old hardware replaced.

This one isn't as durable as the old one

Boats lighter than this have bunk brackets like these. The boat must not be loaded with heavy equipment. I tried tightening the metal by hand but it deformed slightly when I did so, but it still worked with my trailer and 14 feet. This aluminum boat is very strong and light.

This set of brackets does all that it should do, they are easy to install and adjust. My trailer transports an aluminum fishing rod, so the brackets are very sturdy for that.
