The bumper comes folded up into three sections, which was not stated in the description when I bought it. To straighten it out, customer service advised that I heat it or leave it in a warm room. The creases and lines left by the folds were unsightly. I finally convinced them to give me a full refund, and I went out and purchased an unfolded one elsewhere.

Don't be put off by the shipping method. Use a blow dryer to apply some heat. It's now time to put it in the dryer. On my 2006 Toyota Corolla S, it was a perfect fit.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing this; it arrives folded, and even a hot air gun won't help. I'm hoping I'll be able to force it on, otherwise it'll be a waste of money.
