These reportedly have a higher GSM, are thicker, and appear to be well made. When I looked on Amazon, I found this towel and decided to give it a try because it was the largest of the options (most car towels are I was able to fix this problem with no problems! The first time I opened the package, I couldn't help but think, "Wow, this thing is as thick as my bathroom mat!". I can't believe how well it absorbs water from hair! It's time to let the ladies know. Do not waste your money on overpriced flopping microfiber towels, and get a high quality car towel instead! Having hair and skin down to the small of my back, I only wish this towel was a bit larger, but it is not worth deducting a star (I have long hair down to the small of my back). Definitely worth the money!.

This device is so powerful that it can dry two full size cars in one go without any wax or gas. The wet material absorbs a lot of water and fills up the bucket to the point of taking up 2 gallons of water. If you don't wash it before use, you will have a lot of lint on it.

When I checked my car's hood, I found this towel had left the hood a mess of lint. The results were the same so I thought it was just a fluke and tried again. The least I can say is that I am disappointed. This item will be returned to you as soon as possible.

There are no words to describe just how awesome these towels are. A thirsty one! My BMW 535 is a 2014 model, and one towel removes about 80% of water, without any spots. I acquired a second one after realizing that a second one would result in the best It is worth it to avoid swirl marks or scratches. I never thought I would spend this amount on towels, but I'm glad that I did. Over the course of 30 years I have worked with chamois and have never had anything bad happen to it. I really like to buff and detail, but I always get stuck on it. This prompted me to change. The best thing about change is that it brings opportunity. If you don't bet on me, I will never bet on you. Then and now. Make sure you lint them before using them if you don't they will lint. You may need to go to the gym if you have wimpy arms, since they become incredibly heavy when filled. That's all I can say. The towel is fantastic.

I bought these towels because I am fairly new to the detailing scene and needed to use them to dry my Nissan Murano after it has been hand washed. When I opened the package I felt that they were soft and fluffy and were of good quality. I do feel that these towels are much nicer than any towels I have ever owned, and I believe that they are harmless to my paints. read the reviews about lint and was a little concerned, but we have already bought other Chemical Guys products, and I have been happy with the results, so I bought this one too. Since I was concerned about the lint issue, I also bought some microfiber detergent to wash them before use. I unpacked the towels after I received them, and my car was already clean, but I went over it once with the towels just to make sure there was no lint or dust on them. There was nothing to report. In the next step, I sprayed some water on the hood and cleaned it. With the towel I used, the hood dried off in a couple hours. The towel I used was barely damp, so it dried fast. These seem like they will be good after a full wash to dry my vehicle. It wasn't noticeable for me to find any lint in the clothes after I washed them without washing. In order to dry them on low heat, I gave them a rinse with hot water and detergent and washed them. Upon receiving these towels I was in shock. They are soft (although not any softer than when they were unpacked). There is one negative, however they are smaller than I expected. I am fine with that as long as they are able to keep my vehicle dry. Below you will find a picture of the towel on the hood of my car for a size comparison, as well as what the towel looks like in its packaging. They are great, and I can't wait to wash my car with them to see how well they work. The initial hood drying test and the overall quality and feel make a good impression on me. There is no reason to expect a disappointment from them. Additionally, I am not sure if I had to wash them at the beginning, but doing so did not harm. The only thing that I'd change about them is that I would like to see either a little more space for the price, or a little lower price.
