As a customer, I was unimpressed with this product. The bottle/sprayer that came with it was of low quality. I had a huge mess on the inside of my car when I tried to apply the solution. The liquid came out of the sprayer in multiple spots. I saw it pour out of the nozzle and leak out of the top of the sprayer in a few There appeared to be a leak near the seam of the sprayer. In general, the cleaner did a decent job, but it was never better than other products/brands for half the price. I could only describe the interior as gross because it was stained. Imagine kids who have a free reign, hot cocoa, ice cream, and soft drinks. A cup of coffee for mom. As you can see, the picture is clear. I call this a piece of junk if you're OCD like me. It works really well. I have been very happy with how it has worked so far. I recently bought a car and wanted to have the interior deep cleaned without using a machine. Instead, I filled up a spray bottle with water and added a small amount of this product, sprayed the fabric directly, and the interior was nicely clean. We then simply used a cloth with a few sprays, rubbed the seats with good pressure, and let it dry. This has been used on my six-year-old white microfiber couch, which my five-year-old daughter and her friends use quite a bit. The name of this company kept coming up when I searched for the best car upholstery and carpet cleaners. I had my husband rest his arm on places on the truck's interior that were either very dirty or very dark, making the light gray fabric look awful. However, the interior had not been detailed in the time since the truck was 4 years old. This video about cleaning was very impressive to me. It's wonderful to tell you that the cleaner is just as good as what is shown in the video!
