We received an item that was not as advertised - My order was for a 4 oz tube (as advertised on the website), but the item was past its shelf life

Two of the three were sent to me. The tube contains five ounces of the product. We are a contractor in the Aerospace sector, so I asked Evercoat (the manufacturer) about manufacturer certifications. According to Evercoat, after providing the lot number from this tube, the material was past the recommended shelf life, therefore a cert could not be provided. The product is also incorrectly sized and out of date. From this supplier, you will get very poor service.

Plastic tubes will crack and split down the side if they are cheap. There are blue hands and a lot of wasted products.
Better conduct would be a good idea.
