In my opinion, they are because I see no reason why they can't be gently washed as they are lace, so if you carefully wash them or take them through the machine's gentle / delicate cycle, you should be fine. It is my hope that this helps you

The package arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. There is something beautiful about the lace. I feel the price is good for the quality. We have such a wide variety to choose from. It will not only suffice for just the one project I need it for, but I will still have more than enough to do other projects as well.
To use as doll dress trim, I bought these. work fine. The only problem is that the white isn't white at all. It's more of a lavender color. It will not match white. If you try to match it with white, you will fail. I have used this on other colors as well. Purchasing a sampler like this is a great way to have variety in your crafting We found the deal to be good.

Basically white, I colored them with food coloring, they took the color very well, they are very stiff which is great for journaling, I have not tried coffee dye yet but you get a lot of lace, I wanted bright colors and they worked out great!.
I'm so glad I got them. The book is well worth the price. A relatively soft material, fabtic is very easy to work with. For my purposes, they do not have any stretch, so they're perfect.
