There is stitching securing this on mine. If you remove it, you might be able to remove it. As well, if the Velcro is glued / stitched to the body, you can take the Velcro off

Is the hook on the left or the right?

You will not find any hooks here. A velcro patch is attached to the jacket. On the back there is a piece of Velcro that people need to sew on and sew the patch on.

My puppy is here, let's just get it out of the way. It's not that I don't love him, but he's an ass%#!le. She refuses to listen in obedience class, twice she was asked to leave. She tries to eat the cat every single day. He is a monster disguised as a cute furry animal. pushing forward in my training, but banging my head against the wall would get me further. It's like my lifetime of training dogs is going up in flames, but he has a nifty badge that makes me smile. Yes, I am happy! This stays in place on his harness when I put it on. It is now up to him to morph into me never having to wear a badge again.

The quality and price of this patch match my expectations

It is thicker than I expected, and comes with two pieces of hook velcro fabric over the loop velcro that is on the back of the patch. *****The stitching is nice, the product is shipped exactly as shown, and it sticks to any looped Velcro well. Having had it for a short time, I couldn't give it a durability rating, but it looks like it has the potential to survive. Don't hesitate to get it for yourself or others if you are thinking about.
