It is very fragile and I cut them into leaf shapes with the very thin, very small 1 inch square sheets, and I added the leaf shapes as fine details for the sides of wedding cakes. delicate that you must handle them with tweezers or else they will disintegrate as soon as the natural moisture in your fingers evaporates. Due to the moisture in your mouth, there is literally no taste or flavor at all, as they almost "evaporate" in your mouth. Despite the misleading description, the product is a great buy. In the booklet that the sheets came in, there were only a few pages. The age range is approximately 38 to 45 A 40mm lens! Here is a visual of Apple Watch (face) size! The "pages" were stuck together in some places! The cake was meant for my godbrother's wedding and I was under a time crunch! I would have sent it back, but there was no time! As soon as I found out I had to use something else, I should have sent it back as soon as possible! Dissatisfied with the service.
