Sorry, no, but Micheals or Hobby Lobby might be able to help.
It might work, but I'd cover the cone first with parchment paper. Best of luck!
I use yarn to wrap around them. Yes, they can be used over and over again for this purpose.
Yes, I believe it would be appropriate. It would be proportioned well with the size of a wine bottle, in my opinion. The 3 inch opening might be too big, but I'm not sure how you're going to make the head. I hope this information is useful to you.

I didn't care for the styrofoam effect. Because the final product was too bulky, I had to cut and coil cardstock. Then I had to experiment to see what worked best for keeping the shape. Mega-glue, tape, and other materials Stress has taken over my life. Start your Amazon search now! These paper mache cones (which look more like cardboard) are ideal. They're thin and light, but they're incredibly strong, and they don't dent or crush when handled. Furthermore, they do not disintegrate at the first sign of glue (hot or cold). They come in a variety of sizes, and the multi-functional ones are particularly useful. The price of the packages is reasonable.
I crafted with these forms, and they're sturdy enough to handle without buckling under pressure. Normally, I try to make these forms out of poster board, but these are far more durable.
I'm going to use it as a Christmas decoration. Using velvet yarn to wrap.
Good product that is much more durable than the plastic alternative, as well as easy to work with. They worked great for making witch hats for a ring toss Halloween game, and I've used them for several years.
I ordered several of these (in various sizes) to use in making jeweled Christmas trees. They're sturdy, and the bottoms are made of cardboard and lids. I never needed to use a glue gun because I used glue.
I made candy trees with this cone. They turned out fantastically.
The price was higher than other places, but all of the others were sold out, so that's how I got them.
