It is my go-to wire for paper and fabric flowers to be 18 gauge. Peonies made of crepe paper can be used on this stand. The diameter of this circle is 6 inches. I understand that to make a bundle of 1 inch we need 18 of these wires. So I would say that the lower the gauge, the thicker the wire. 24 wires would be needed to make an inch wide bundle if it had a gauge of 24. The way I remember wire gauge width is a bit counter-intuitive, but that's the way I see/remember it. I hope you find this helpful.

Don't be afraid to try However, I think just a few stitches over the nose would be much more comfortable than wire. Then again, it would be much easier to clean.

I'm making floral arrangements out of wood for my wedding and needed bundles of wire. This is my favorite type of wrap, because they are not The wire cutters you need for cutting them must be sharp. Despite my best efforts, my wire cutters were unable to cut the thread that is wrapped around the wire, which caused some of my stems to turn black.

The material is a heavy weight, but it is still malleable. The tape does have a coating that allows it to adhere to it.
Although the product is good and the packaging is fine, the wire length is only 15 inches, despite the description of 16 inches. 16 inches is the length of the wires box. As the 16 inches is not the box, I expected that to be the wire. Therefore, I want you to be more honest and open when you describe your product. I expected to get 4 pieces of the product. If I cut them in 4" lengths, they would need to be made of 4" wire. As a result, I feel that it was not a fair.

Made a Christmas wreath out of these. I found them to be sturdy and they worked for what I was attaching. It is made from 18 gauge wire and is relatively rigid when twisted.
This one with the decoration for the bench worked well as I anticipated. Artfical plants and flowers are held in place very well by these hooks.
The wire is thick enough and the wrapping on each stem is good. I would have preferred a thicker paper wrap (more like kraft wrapped stems), but these are fine. Still better than just using bare wire. As long as it is kept in the floral foam and can hold the paper flowers, it is OK. She can also be wrapped in floral tape pretty well.
