Used to stem sola wood flowers and it worked perfectly

They worked well, but some of the stiffer flowers caused them to bend. They completed the task I requested of them.

There is no paper coating on these

The gauge isn't 18 gauge

While this wire appears to be 18 gauge, it is most likely 20/22 gauge.

The stems of the plants are frail

The stems are so thin that they can't support the weight of the wooden flowers. Fortunately, I didn't need them to stand because the center pieces I was working on were short and only needed to hold a pumpkin in place.
