After only one use, they appear to have burned away. I noticed the wick had burned down to its base after about 2 hours. I've never had anything like this before. All of the other wicks I've used have lasted a season or more.

When I first started using a stick, all I got was black smoke. I made a second one and let the wick soak up the fluid before lighting it. It burned for 7 hours straight with no black smoke. This wick is simple to use and does an excellent job.
