My embossing pads have WORKED BUT I have NOT had any successful results, and I have ZERO issues with versamark ink. Versamark ink is nice and sticky and thick, and I have never had a problem getting great results with it.

To heat emboss, you need to use this. I can assure you that! My research led me to buying white ink, so I thought I had done my research. Although that worked out, I still did not get the desired result. My goal was for the image to be crisp. My task was to make wedding invitations and I had a lot of text to write. I did not notice any bleeding on my cardstock, and it had a satisfying sticky sound when I stamped with it. This made a huge difference in how the thermal embossing turned out.

The embossing I have done with several brands has not been effective. From a video I saw on card making, this caught my attention. The price is a little high, but after using it I have no regrets about the purchase price. It is moist to provide complete coverage and doesn't dry out as the cheaper brands do.

(Our local Art Supply store is unavailable). This is the best product for embossing and chalk stamping that I have found. This color doesn't affect the color you are using on its own, so it doesn't alter what color you are This is the perfect tool for embossing powder, even very fine ones. An excellent job of To get rainbow effects, I also use chaulk dust to rub into the image with a cotton ball in order to stamp with Versa Mark and then mix with Chalk Dust. The results are clear and work A very nice "trick" I have used is to press a dried leaf into a Versa Mark pad, and then sprinkle gold embossing powder on it, and then use a heat gun to melt What's the deal with the Versa? This means Mark holds the powder onto the leaf without it blowing off, and I am able to melt the embossing powder onto the leaf with a gentle hand. This is awesome, I love it!.

Whether you are a beginner or not, this will work great for heat embossing projects. As it leaves a faint watermark, you should check against the light to be sure that the entire image is stamped on the surface before embossing powder is applied. The price is still a bit high for what it does (over 10 bucks at the time of my purchase). All other things are equally good, so we dock one star for that.

I adore it. This stamp set is perfect for tone on tone stamping (subtle) or embossing powder for resist or other special techniques. I lost my last one and was planning to get one from the craft store, but was not able to because of Amazon is here. The VersaMark pad is back in my hands.

As well as Stampendous embossing powders and Ranger Sticky embossing powder, I have successfully used them. In the beginning, I had bought a different brand of embossing ink at a local craft store, however, it performed poorly and was mostly dried out (and that was brand new, just opened). I had only managed to emboss one sheet of black paper, the first of which left crackles I could not make out all of the fine details because they My first guess was the ink, but I returned both the ink and all the embossing powders that I had purchased (just in case) and went to Amazon and picked up this cartridge. The ink is a little more expensive than the first ink I tried, but it's worth the price and the supplies will last a very long time if you take care of them.

I have opened the packaging of my new embossing ink pad and the pad has some black something all over it. In addition, the packaging says that it has an expiration date of 11-31 and it has a black date on it. I am so disappointed that there is no help for this.
