There is no difference in the width and thickness of the dies, just that the longer ones are longer to accommodate
The Big Shot will benefit from this.
The size 6 extended cutting pad I have is from Sizzix. A 25 x 14 matrix. The width is 5 inches. Having not used my jet as of yet. The Sizzix cannot accommodate wider plates, according to my understanding.
Yes, they are specifically made for the Big Shot and other big shot products. There are plenty of big kick machines.

Vagabond cutting pads are compatible with this machine. Replace your worn and warped cutting pad once it becomes worn and warped. I once cracked it to the point where it got stuck in the middle of my Vagabond. The only thing that kept me from getting it out was my stubbornness. You should always use the same pad on top and the cutting pad on the bottom. The pads will wear out in this way only one at a time. Every package comes with two.
As a result of Sizzix changing how these plates are made, I bought them at an awesome price without realizing Sizzix has changed their manufacturing practices. Die-cutting can be challenging with beveled plate ends, which make it difficult to see where to place your die if you want to do a partial cut. There is a softer feel to these plates than the original, and that is not necessarily a bad thing. In addition, they warped pretty badly within a few days of being used. In spite of this, they fed through my Big Shot just fine. You probably know that the plates quickly get badly damaged when you do any type of diecutting. There was no difference between these two. The only difference is that the die cuts did not hold onto the slivers of cardstock that were spit out after each die cut. When you look at the plates, you can usually tell the color of paper you have used. This is not the case here. The part I loved is that part! Is there any way to make these I am sure! However, I believe that they are an improvement over the original.
I bought these pads to have an unbowed set of cutting pads to exclusively use for thin metal This is a great resource! Additionally, watching videos on YouTube on how to use the Thinlits and Sizzix was very helpful. The tips I received were very helpful to keep the plates flat while cutting, which is very important for getting even pressure on the dies and making an accurate.
When used with the multi-input devices, they work as expected This platform serves many purposes. In the pack there are two pieces. Placing the multiple is what you do You should put the platform down, followed by one of these pieces, followed by the Next, add your paper (or any other material you intend to cut or emboss) on top and then finish the sandwich by adding the hard acrylic piece on top. Once all that is run through your machine, you are done! There will be a paper that is nicely cut (or embossed). You won't believe how easy it is! The cutting pads I have reviewed are excellent Due to the difficulty of getting the plates of the same thickness, using two pieces of generic acrylic would not really work. These are cheaper to buy than trying to make them yourself, so they are an important part of a die-casting design. I was cutting with a manual machine that was delivered quickly by Amazon. It was a great purchase for me.
Despite the fact that I began using my Big Shot for 8 years, the new cutting plates were warped beyond use in a short time. Although I hesitate to blame Sizzix for this, I should mention that the quality of the new cutting plates is lower. There is nothing better than Sizzix. It may be my precision metal shim I have been using for the past few years that makes a difference Is it possible that warping the cutting plates would cause the problem? There's just so much I don't understand. It is very frustrating to have to replace the cutting plates so often, so I am playing with myself to find a solution The lower plate is being replaced with new cutting mats that heal over time.
Compared to the past, these plates are less durable and have deteriorated in quality. In addition to bending, metal dies are difficult to use with them. There is no solution to this problem that I know of. I have ways to "fix" them, but this is just not what I feel like doing - A waste of time. I hope there will be a better product in the future.
My craft projects require just what this is. It is too big to fit in the Cuttlebug, since it is a bit bigger than the usual B plates.
The length of this plate is also a little bit longer than the Regular B plates. The best thing to do is pick up a Plastic Sheet Cutting Tool from Home Depot, and cut off a tiny bit of the plate's side.
It was quite interesting to find that these pads had a few scratches left on the surface of the plastic after they had been received in the original packaging when they were new. We are not going to return them since we know when using these plastic cutting pads, they get scratched and cut right into them right from the start.
