Initially, I was pleased. I didn't realize how useful it was until I put it to use. The embossing on the right side is not very deep. There's an area where they made an error and connected two lines through some sort of manufacturing flaw in the plates, and there's another area where they made an error and connected two lines through some sort of manufacturing flaw. br>br>I started a conversation with them. I hoped to be able to fix it. However, it's all talk at this point. They acted as if they couldn't see the obvious difference between the two sides even after receiving photographic evidence. They kept telling me that I couldn't operate an embosser because I didn't know how to do it. It's actually a bit of a slap in the face. It was firmly pressed, as evidenced by the images I sent. What other way could one side be perfect embossed? Despite this, they refused to believe what their eyes were telling them. I have embossing plates from other companies that emboss perfectly evenly. There isn't any. It should have been an easy fix. br>br> The plates are being remade. But no, it's been weeks of back-and-forth messaging. For the next eight days, there will be nothing but silence. I suppose it's time to see if Amazon can help resolve this.
As a gift, I recently ordered a rectangle embossing stamp. After the order was placed and the funds cleared, the seller emailed me and asked what initials I wanted. They sent me a link to a website with every imaginable font (an almost ridiculous amount of options) from which I could choose any style I wanted. It comes with a small storage case made of plastic. The die is detachable from the stamp and can be stored separately in the case. (Do you think you could get different embossing dies to use on the same base? It appears to be well-made and planned. I'm not sure how long this product will last, but it appears to be a good one.

For a, I created a Disney type font. This is a fantastic opportunity! This was printed on 80lb card stock and made a lovely impression- I contacted the company to ensure that I was using it properly, and they were extremely helpful. So far, I've purchased two, and if I can figure out which fonts my relatives prefer, I'll likely purchase more for Christmas. The font selection is incredible! I have one from another company that I can only use for seals and light-weight paper, and the fonts are limited. br>This one is fantastic. My niece was overjoyed when I created a Disney type font for her. My father was overjoyed when I made stationery for him using the Block font.
When asked to leave a review for the item, I gave it a negative rating, which they requested I remove, but I refused because I believe I am still an American citizen with the right to free speech.
This product is fantastic, and it has allowed me to customize letterheads, envelopes, cards, and other items. The plates are highly detailed and of excellent quality. While it's designed for lighter papers like copy paper, I've found that if I apply enough pressure to it, it can emboss thicker paper like cardstock just fine, and the presser hasn't broken yet! Even if it's just for personal use, it's well worth the money.
The seller was extremely responsive and accurate in his customization. Quickly delivered. I should have paid attention to the reviews that said it didn't work well with heavier paper or card stock. It works fine on copy paper, but I wanted to use it to personalize some note cards, and the design on the embossing plates isn't deep enough to accommodate that. However, it might work on envelopes or other similar items.
It leaves a nice impression on the surface. My only suggestion is that the maker have a flat bottom to allow for easier pressing.
