I decided that a nonstick stock pot would be better for me to use when making chicken fried rice, so after a long search and a lot of comparing, I made my decision and bought an ITSMILLERS nonstick hard-anodized stock pot. Yes, it did the job and made making fried rice a little easier on my hands, but it was no substitute for making fried rice in a wok. Since then, I've used the stock pot for a variety of purposes, and I really enjoy it. But when I saw that ITSMILLERS had a new Nonstick Stir Fry Wok, I knew I had to give it another shot. I made my family's favorite chicken fried rice in my new wok tonight, and it turned out perfectly! I'm not sure why, but cooking in this wok was much easier for me than cooking in my old one, and the pan itself is much lighter in weight. Even though I was cooking with deformed fingers and hands, I felt in command. I enjoyed using the spatula that came with the wok; it was, once again, very simple to use for me. It was simple to clean by hand, with no need for a dishwasher, and it fit perfectly in my cabinet, right on top of the stock pot. It meets my expectations. This is my second piece of work, and it is far superior to the first. br>This wok heats up quickly in the afternoon. stick, and cleaning is a breeze. My old wok yearned for a quiet life; As a result, I was on the lookout for a new one to take its place. Normally, I would not have purchased a flat-screen television. wok on the bottom; But there were so many positive Asian testimonies that I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I took the chance. The following are the reasons for this:
1. Although one should never "judge a book by its cover," it is worth noting that this product comes in impressive and superior packaging, with everything well protected and presented. They even send you a special screwdriver to help you put it together.
2. This wok's lid closes tightly. I've purchased a lot of pots and pans in my life, but I've never seen a cover that was so precise. This is something that even the most expensive cookware can't match.
3. The weight and handling are both simple. I expected it to be heavier because this wok is so large. No way, I'm not having any trouble moving my food.
4. It's a non-stick finish. (Actually, I've only used this wok twice). The surface appears to be a little rough, but it gets the job done. I'll do my best to keep it that way.
5. I'm even growing fond of the clownish bakélite handle, which doesn't quite fit in with my other, more practical cookware. It will serve as a reminder for me to avoid high-risk situations in the future. In the oven, heat up your food. br>Will it prove to be a superior cooking device in the future? Only time will tell. So far, I've had to state the following: I'm blown away.

It was necessary for me to provide her with a wok prior to her arrival in America. I looked for and ordered this one, and when she got it, she looked at it suspiciously at first, but after using it on my radiant heat electric range, she was blown away! Any pan will perform better on a gas burner, but this one performs admirably on my sluggish electric burners! It came with a long philips screwdriver for securing the handle, making assembly a breeze! We're extremely pleased.

My pans get a lot of abuse from me. When I make panfried dumplings/potstickers, I steam them in a pot with several cups of water and a dash of vinegar as the last step of the cooking process. I let the water evaporate to get a little charred/browning on the bottoms of the dumplings. The dumplings would stick to the pan in national brand pans, and cleaning them afterwards would usually wear out the nonstick coating. The dumplings do not stick to the ItsMiller pan, however, and cleaning it with soap and water was a breeze. The pan's and cover's designs are both attractive and functional. made. The only issue I had was with the free spatula that came with the pan, not with the pan itself. After I washed it in the dishwasher, the handle's head popped off. For my kitchen, I will definitely purchase a second pan.

A screwdriver was included in the package to secure the wok's handle. That was a great way to save space. It also came with a specially designed spatula to make cooking more convenient. I tried deep-frying calamari and it turned out crispy and easy to clean up. I didn't have to scrub as much as I did with other pans I've used in the past to get the grease out, and I bought their Pot and Pan set last year and am still using it without issue! I'm going to be a regular customer for a long time!.

  I highly recommend this wok because it was simple to put together, odorless, and easy to clean! I decided to cook some scrambled chorizo with eggs as soon as I got my hands on it, and I was blown away by how easy it was to cook on this, nothing, and I mean nothing, got stock to the wok after I cooked my meal, and it was super easy to clean, can't wait to cook some shrimp fried rise on this! I'll check back in three months to see how things are going!.

It's just a simple, easy-to-follow recipe. All of the material is completely clean. The design of the lid knob includes a drainage slit to catch any water that leaks in during the washing process. In addition, the spatula is of good quality. The wood components may require additional care over time, but this pan should outlast the others we've tried.
