These magnet guides were a nice idea, and I can imagine they would come in handy when It is nearly impossible to adjust, remove, or move them because they are so strong. Even though I tried to be careful and not scratch my sewing machine, I literally had to slide the magnet to the plastic of my machine in order to remove it from the metal guide. Yes, the sewing machine was scratched. (I will not use them for sewing again. A slight roughness is also visible on the bottom edges of the magnet. *** If you need a magnet to hold something strongly, this is nice. It has a little nob (that could also be used as a hook) if desired. In addition to my own use, I will use mine for other things. * By the way, I am using a 2x3 soft thin magnet with a painting of lavender fields that I took off my fridge. Thanks for the great work!.
