This picky creative gives it five stars! I do a lot of research before I buy anything, and choosing watercolors was no different
5/5

I was looking for a high-quality product that would last a long time. a high-quality brand with a professional-looking design grade palette with a minimalist design, at least 24 pans of colors with a vibrant, strong hue, and a price range under $100 To put it another way, I had high expectations and only a few search results that lived up to them. After that, I discovered the Mungyo palette! Everything appeared to be in order based on my research, with the exception of a few reviews indicating that some people received duplicate colors. I decided to go for it because of the high overall ratings and recommendations from people who would be considered professionals. So, this is how it went down: We found a few items much sooner than we anticipated: 1) I expected the packaging to arrive a few days sooner than anticipated, 2) it came in fine condition, 3) each color was present upon opening, and everything was absolutely solid, 4); and it seems fitting in the lid for painting. As I previously stated, this picky creative gives it 5 out of 5 stars and strongly recommends it! P. br>br>P. br>br>P. br>br>P. I just wanted to point out to anyone looking at this palette for portability that I thought I'd be able to fit a few brushes in there as well, but the largest brush that fits is my 8 Black Velvet brush in the pan's center gap. Still, it's a plus, though it won't work with many brushes.

Here's a complete newbie- For the price, it's a good start, but there are a few issues
3/5

These were delivered to me- Beyond Crayola, this was my first set of watercolor paints. the previous week I've been using them on a daily basis, taking tutorials, doodling, practicing washes with various brushes, and so on. br>br>I've used them with proper cold pressed 140/300g paper, with multi-colored pencils, and so on. On media paper, as well as sketchpad paper of a lighter weight. br>br>The color selection is fantastic, though I find myself mixing the colors the same way I did with the Crayola, so other beginners might want to start with something smaller than 48 colors. If I could go back in time, I'd buy a nice 12-string guitar. Set of colors br>br>These paints have a lot of color and a surprising amount of opacity; you can get a thick slurry of them and have them feel almost like acrylics on the paper. But. I don't believe it's supposed to work that way, and I say that because these paints frequently refuse to behave like the watercolors used in tutorials or illustrated step-by-step instructions. guides to each step br>br>The dried finished product is almost always chalky, both visually and physically. These colors appear muddy and chalky on the paper, rather than the beautiful, mysterious matte finish I admire in watercolor paintings. Almost every single one of them, particularly the yellows, browns, and reds. The flat chalky look is also present in the blues and greens, but it is less noticeable. br>br>I'm not kicking myself for buying these paints. They're cheap and colorful, so I was able to dive right into these first disastrous happy mistakes while learning the basics of watercolor. If I could do it all over again, I'd spend a little more and go for the higher-end option. On YouTube, there's a lovely watercolor artist who talks about the difference between a good student grade paint product and a low-quality paint product. Paint that "gets in your way" in terms of quality. "br>br>I'm concerned that these will obstruct my progress because I can't tell if the reason my painting doesn't match the tutorial is due to a flaw in my technique. or because the paint isn't behaving like theirs. br>br>If you're having trouble getting started because of a lack of funds, then get this palette and go with it. I'm having a lot of fun learning to paint with these, but I'm going to have to replace them as soon as I can afford it.

This is a fantastic value set that includes all of the essentials as well as some fantastic extra colors
5/5

In this set, there are some good fundamentals; The colors are vibrant and strong, and there is a lot of pigment in them; I received two prussian blue half pans, so I swapped one for a lukas cobalt green in the tin. the metallics Copper, gold, silver, and pearl white are all solid and strong metals. I also have a variety of other brands - Every paint brand has its own characteristics and uses, such as Prima, Mission Gold, Lukas, and so on. This set appeals to me because it contains a large number of basic colors, as well as additional colors that are all highly pigmented. All of this is contained in a single tin. The tin - I really like the tin. Basic enamel tin in a larger size. My personal favorite because it is easy to clean and stain-resistant.

Art Philosophy is similar, but it's a lot less expensive
5/5

Both products are manufactured in Korea, and they almost made me think they were the same product. I have most of the Prima confectioners, and this water color was not a good buy. I had the impression that I had purchased the same set of colors for the second time. However, if I had to choose between this and prima art philosophy, I would choose this one because it is less expensive and of comparable quality. Search for a better one if you require professional quality.

Top-tier brands can be compared
5/5

To be honest, I don't think there's much of a difference between these and the Windsor and Newton Cotman (I'm not sure if that's the correct spelling) watercolor sets. Except for the lower price and the addition of a plethora of additional colors, this is a better deal. Because I like to paint big, it's difficult to find a good watercolor that doesn't leave a lot of streaks or overlays of color, but this one looks pretty smooth as long as you don't let it dry too long (which I did a few times by accident). I'm sure you'll use these a lot because the colors are so vibrant. Watercolors have become one of my new favorite mediums. I've been treating them like an advent calendar, receiving one at a time. You can accomplish a lot even with this limited set of tools. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I've included a photo of the entire spectrum of colors. The copper was the only one who was a little strange and caused me problems. It was a little difficult to get off the pan, but since I don't use that color very often, it's not a big deal. It's strange because silver and gold were fine, but it's a great deal and you won't be disappointed.
