There were two damaged packages out of five

In order to complete a commission, I needed a canvas quickly, but quarantine and the virus meant that they had to be A week later, the five canvases I ordered were here, and even better, I received them in a week. A dent is visible on one of the canvases, and a rip is also present on another. It was shipped to me in a box like this, so it must have been shipped that way. It was also clear that there was a rip when it was opened. The first one I can deal with, but the second one I'm unsure about. In the current situation, I don't have time to deal with returning them since I need to be able to get started on commission, so I need to absorb this expense. Overall, the product comes across well, and they are well built.
