Questions & Answers
Textured paper is all you need. Neither gesso nor any other coating is required. Having a linen texture gives an oil and acrylic paint good hold or tooth. It is true that Canson Canva Artboards and Mixed Media Artboards are heavier and more durable than those made by Canson.
Strathmore is an excellent canvas for acrylic as well as oil painting. There is a semi-smooth semi-solid texture to the weight and weight is sturdy There is an air of canvas about it. Even so, my highest admiration and respect still goes to Canson Mixed Media Artboards and Canva Artboards (linen textured version). Compared to a regular canvas, they are three times thicker and can hold both light and very thick layers of paint. The pads contain ten boards each.

This paper is said to be ideal for use with acrylic paint according to reviews online. The belt is sturdy enough and does not go through, but I might not buy again because of the price. I bought a 10-pack. I found a pack of paintings for about the same price, so I will probably go with that one rather than It is my fault for not reading the description more thoroughly, as I stated above. You get what you pay for with this product.
On one of the sheets I even did heavy airbrushing. There was no warping to be found It has a great quality to it! The next pad I purchase will be in the near future!.
It is durable and works great for acrylic paints and I use acrylic paints for stencils a lot. Crafting and arts are nice with this paper. The texture is great and the thickness is just right.
I love how thick it is!.
I expected it to be a little thinner.
It feels extremely high quality since it is so thick. The paper completely absorbs acrylic ink and acrylic paint The surface can be wet and covered in The product is great. I would buy it.
Uneven absorption of paint occurs on the paper. The display of colors did not display evenly for me. Paints made with acrylic are not suitable for using.
A heavy-duty truck that can handle anything Regardless of the medium I use for my abstract arts, I would prefer thick enough weight and texture for acrylic, tempera, watercolor, even oil. It also has the advantage of being possible to use both canvas textured and smooth side surfaces. As well, there was no fuss with framing.
