Since it is hardly two inches wide, it has not been folded in half. About an eighth of an inch of the edges are folded under. A folded in half one with the edges folded in is also on my list. An inch wide, it has a hexagonal shape.

What if you wanted to make a rod pocket on the back of a tapestry valance with this?

It is likely. This is a strong enough power source. When you measure your rod, be sure to add an allowance for seams.

In the end, I used black since that's what I had on hand. The navy in this shirt is much brighter than the photograph suggests.
