Personally, I don't think machine washing is a good idea. Lint collects on the "hooks," and vigorous washing can unravel or fray the "loops," among other reasons. If you must machine wash, do so on the delicate cycle with the velcro strap fastened and not apart; otherwise, I recommend hand washing.
This Velcro is extremely strong. I've sewn it on a pair of waders when the suspender straps gave out, and I've used it to hold power tools to a board.
Without a doubt. The hook side aggressively grips a closed loop carpet (must be closed loop carpet). On the top, the soft loop side looks great. It works when the cord you're hiding is small, like a lamp cord; I used the 3/4" to cover a thin round power converter cord for a theatre chair and the 1 1/2 " to cover a small extension cord. They don't have dark gray, and that's something I'd like to see. There is a product available that will cover multiple cords at once. Cord covers should be sought out.
It has a length of 30 feet. The width is determined by the width you select from the drop-down box when placing your order. I got the 1/2", but there are about six different widths to choose from.

I've put sticky-notes all over the place. In my cargo trailer, I used backed Velcro on the front edges of my shelves, both top and bottom. This is what I use as a tie-in. To avoid totes and tool cases sliding off the shelves, use down straps. It's also how I keep my gear together when I'm not using it. This is a substance that LASTS. Any narrower, and it'll be too sluggish. Any wider and it would be impossible to use in confined spaces. REORDERING. br>br>.
It's self-gripping, has a nice, but not excessively wide width, and because it's one big roll, you can cut it to the exact length you need. So far, I've used it to wrap a number of items together, and it's held up well.
All hooks on one side, all loops on the other. br>Good, basic self-stick strapbr> br>Cut the length you require plus the amount of overlap required for the strength you require. Depending on the angle of pull, these straps can be quite strong. br>Keep in mind that this isn't a stretchy material. It won't be able to "pull a bundle together. ".
For clarinets and saxes, I use short lengths that have been trimmed a little. These are fantastic - a lot better than some of the more expensive ligatures This velcro is stiffer than regular velcro, and it does not require sewing hook tape to loop tape - It can be done with just one piece. The only trick is to wrap the velcro around the reed before placing it on the table. After that, remove the ligature, set the reed on the table, and replace it. It clings to the surface with a lot of force. Minor reed adjustments are simple to make, and the reed has never slipped while I've been playing. When compared to other ligatures, this one vibrates more of the reed. As a result, there are a plethora of exotic designs available.
ONE VELCRO- Wrap? It always works the first time; no more tying knots to bundle 2x4s (or whatever). It's perfect for my roll-on-and-roll-off business. tool sets, such as sockets and wrenches Nearly every day, new applications emerge. br>br>I've seen some generic (China?) They don't seem to last long, fraying and losing grip after only two uses. 3 users.
Velcro strapping is something that you can never have too much of in your home. This is of excellent quality, and unlike some velcro, it does not fall apart. br>I've used it to strap around my lower leg to keep my pant legs from catching the gears on my bike, as well as to strap down the dead man bar on my mower to keep it running while I clean the blades with water. This, as well as duct tape, should be kept in every home. With just those two items, you can achieve a lot.
I bought two more because they were so useful. The quality is excellent. What else do you need to know? It's Velcro brand.
Initially, I assumed that this Velcro would be quite thin. br>br>Woah, was I ever wrong. This is some nice 1" wide Velcro that is heavy duty. I primarily use it to keep my cables organized on my Ikea Besta LED units (running the cables can become quite lengthy). br>br>They suit my needs perfectly, and I'd buy them again in a heartbeat. It's just a single 30 foot continuous strip that you cut to size, making sure you have enough to go around and meet (one side is rough, while the other is fuzzy, which is why you overlap).
