In my closet I have a pair of sandals with elastic cord shoe strings that are trendy (for some reason). Despite their cheap locks not working at all, I thought it was a good idea to try these as well since they are so inexpensive. They do work, and I find that they have many other uses. All of those materials have drawstrings, but you don't think about them, sweat pants, hoodies, sleeping bags, and the bags used to store sleeping bag stuff, these cord locks work great for all of that.

I only have one complaint when ordering 50s or 100s you might have to order twice what you are expecting if you need exactly 50 or 100. The review score for me was 99 instead of 100, just like several others. I do not think it is the end of the world, but neither is it the best.

Have received 51 pieces so far (yes! As I mentioned in Extra 1, I also recounted it). I have no problems with the spring, and the size is about 1" by 3/4". It is not too tight that would pose a problem for people with dexterity issues. There is no cord slipping to worry about (I suspect they are slipping the cord through the wrong hole and therefore "lack" With Prime, I received delivery in 2 days. Using it for a face mask, its elastic band ties to the back of the head for ease of use. Instead of constant tying, it is easy to maneuver. I love it!.
