They'll go on the mask and work fine as long as the material diameter isn't too large. You can, however, make it work. When it comes to washability, keep in mind that they will be on your mask. You wouldn't want to remove them. They have a plastic feel to them. I think it's fine to wash your mask, but I wouldn't dry it because it might shrink. When it comes to drying, I would leave them to air dry.
Yes! They appear to be compatible with a wide range of masks. These cord locks have made my life so much easier!
A complimentary gourd needle is included, but you can also use a hairpin; both the hairpin and the needle can be threaded easily, and it is very convenient to use.
To keep them from sliding off, you must tie a knot in the elastic.

It's perfect, and it does what it's supposed to do. We rely on the adjuster to help my child's mask fit her face correctly now that she's back to school with masks. I'm glad it comes in a large quantity because I'm sure we'll need it given how frequently these get lost in the wash!.
I understand why you get 100 pieces for that price, but the first thing I'll say is that they don't last long. The silicone piece began to rip after just a few days of use. I've already read through a number of them. They're also not the most convenient mask to put on. There are no instructions on how to use the tool they provide. I'm guessing you can clip the mask side to this tool and pull, but there's no precise way to do it with the tool. The tool is also quite flimsy, so you shouldn't use it to force the mask loop through. From what I can tell, this fits most masks, but it doesn't appear to last very long, which explains why you'll need 100 of them. Overall, it does a good job of holding my mask in place and is easy to adjust; however, it rips easily and is difficult to install on the mask. There are no real instructions for using the tool that is provided, and it is a little flimsy, but it does the job. It keeps your mask in place and improves the fit of your mask.
Pulling the cord/elastic through a stopper appears to be relatively simple and quick in the product video. Nothing could be more false, in my opinion! I couldn't do it with the teeny-tiny tool provided or any other method. Finally, with a pair of plyers, my handyman husband spent about an hour putting the stoppers on 35 face masks I had sewn for charity. Whether or not the stoppers actually allow the mask wearer to make quick adjustments to over-protection. the- It will be interesting to see how the ear elastic loops turn out.
In my fabric masks, I pair them with 1/4" flat elastic. The tool that comes with it is too weak for me to use, but I think that's because I'm threading thick elastic through a tiny hole! They do, however, slide on easily and stay in place even after being washed. br>I catch my elastic with a needle and upholstery thread, then pull it through the adjuster with the thread. Tie a knot behind it to keep it from falling off, and it'll be much faster than sewing the elastic ends together!.
Putting masks on smaller faces rather than twisting or tying a knot seems like a good idea. I ordered it to give it a shot because it seemed like a good idea. The rubber pieces, on the other hand, are extremely difficult to pull through the smaller hole with the other end of the Bobby pin. It's difficult to get a good grip on the rubber clip and pull it through the pin. To get it through, I either have to bite it or use a needle nose plier. br>br>You must sit down and apply the masks one by one. So, if you're changing your masks as often as you should, it might become a chore. If you're in a hurry, don't bother. br>br>Again, a good concept, but not as simple as you might believe. A 2 will be required. 0 version, which makes setup a breeze.
I bought a set of these from another company and returned them because they were only good for very thin mask strings/cords. br>br>I placed an order for these adjustable adapters (despite my reservations)- and you exceeded all of my expectations! br>br>I was able to save a significant amount of money)- On Etsy, cute double and triple cotton masks are expensive. br>With these adjusters, I was able to make all of the masks I already had fit properly. br>br>Follow the instructions in the website's diagram; the bobby pin that comes with the adjusters works perfectly.
These cord stops do exactly what they should. Masks have elastic that can be adjusted by them. br>However, if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, consider the following Other silicone/rubber cord stoppers are soft, but these are not. They're made of hard rubber, so threading 1/8 inch elastic cord through them is difficult; the small hole doesn't stretch enough to allow the cord to pass through, but it works once you get it through. The included tool is essentially a bobby pin, and I have another tool that I use to thread my elastic through the adjuster. br>br>To cut a long story short, the rubber is too hard to feed elastic through. I'll use up what I have, but I'm going to have to go out and get a softer adjuster so I can feed elastic through it without destroying my fingers.
When I washed or dried my daughter's mask, I "lost" a mask adjuster. It's one of her go-to masks. I couldn't bear the idea of not using it. This item was located by me. I was able to quickly install a replacement adjuster. This does come with an OVERSIZED hairpin, which I found to be a little too large for this task. A cosmetologist is someone who works in the beauty industry. Hairpins are something I'm used to. It's a big one. It worked for me, but I would recommend using a toothpick or a hair bobby pin instead. These bobby pins are inexpensive and readily available at Target, Walgreens, and Sally's Beauty Supply.
