The cheapest of the cheapest. I had a problem fixing the dial when I first tried to adjust it according to the information on the dial. There is no reason for me to I particularly like how easy the dress form is to assemble and how lightweight it is. There are a lot of knobs you can adjust, including one that lengthens the torso. I was unable to get in touch with customer service. There is nothing but wonderful things to say about my dress form plus size adjustable mannequin (I know technically it is a dress form and not a mannequin). We never had to replace the top/neck because it came out of joint for no reason, and I just popped it back in place with no more than regular use by me one day, while expanding the neck for a plus-size clothing item to list on Poshmark. As soon as I went to adjust the neck (and all the other adjustments for the dress form) back to the lowest settings, I found that the neck had somehow and somehow come completely and totally out of alignment. As far as I can tell, I've successfully reattached it. There was literally no end to it. If I take a hammer and WHACK it back in place, I will be able to get the neck back in place the right way since it is now broken off in the middle. Basically this is the very thing that is screwing up/breaking the neck. This 1/4 section of the neck can still adjust, but if that piece is broken off, it will no longer be adjustable. A literal anything will do. Despite looking for it, I could not The company I worked for, a local one, was then INSANELY angered because they still had the product under warranty at the time! )
I loved it and it was great before the neck issue happened! It isn't amazing quality, but it still makes an amazing Poshmark mannequin for displaying even medium and small shirts and is most of the time capable of handling even larger clothing items. There's often a spandex material in American shirts (lol). Even the height can be adjusted, which I had no idea for the longest time. It has just been a bad experience overall for me with this. It's time to go back to the drawing board and redesign the neck. Other reviews that I have read have also complained about the adjustable mannequin.
My favorite part of the setup was how easy it was to do. Due to the ease of the procedure the poles do not fit perfectly, making the rig a little It is a little difficult to adjust and I am not sure if it is just my large fingers or if the knobs are small. The model is a great help to me when I'm designing clothing. It has everything I am looking for except for the trunk length, which In the future, if I make dresses, I will try to figure out how to work around this problem.
