As a result of being in quarantine for so long, I decided to learn a new old lady craft just for fun. I tried my hand at embroidery for the first time and I am quite impressed with my My attempt to follow the directions was not the best, but I managed to figure it out and it turned out great. As a beginner, I purchased this product to start embroidery, and so far, I have enjoyed it very much. In spite of that, it takes a while to get the hang of it or to understand what needs to be done. The strings, needles, looms, and instruction packet are enclosed in each package (there are 3). As part of the instruction packet, you will usually find pictures of different stitch patterns that could be used, how many strings to use, and what colors go where. The embossing process was confusing to me, since I have never done any embossing. As I read your instructions, I knew nothing about the term "4 strands" (a strand of string is made up of 6 smaller strands, if you are unfamiliar). They provided links to videos on youtube that would help guide you through the stitching process, but it did not change the fact that the images and videos of the stitch patterns were difficult to understand. It was actually very easy once you got the hang of it. These kits provide all the materials and all the instructions so it is very easy for anyone to follow. The designs are also cute and relatively easy to understand. Maybe I will purchase more embroidery if I am comfortable with what I have to offer! This set is an excellent choice for those interested in starting embroidery. It gives you a great platform to determine if it is something you want to pursue further.
It is a good buy. My first time doing embroidery and I had a great time. I stitched from the llama all the way up to the It includes all you need plus a lot more. However, the instructions are clear but it was very difficult to thread the needle through the thread. I had to separate each thread and place it through the needle separately. I love how it's the perfect gift for someone looking for a new hobby, and it has provided me with an outlet for my anxiety over the past several weeks, and I feel accomplished every time I finish one!
