SINGER 20U109 Complete Industrial Commercial-Grade Zigzag and Straight-Stitch Sewing Machine

Although I ordered this item in November, I didn't receive it After setting it up, I could not get it to stitch. In my case, the machine is broken. I had to hire a technician to repair it but he was unable to do Despite my investment, it still does not work. I paid a lot for it, but now it is not functioning. Buyer beware! I am working on getting a refund for this defective machine.

I have used this machine to sew a variety of fabrics and even on a few patches on a leather jacket, it works beautifully and I am delighted with it. Her previous Singer, from 1949, had been used in a sewing factory, and she is very happy with how much faster the stitch speed on this one is. A terrific machine that has every stitch perfected and is super easy to operate. I had a problem with shipping at my trucking company. However, Amazon's customer service was able to resolve the issue within one call. A big thank you to Amazon for offering such an excellent.

It is possible that the bobbin will not wind correctly, or that the foot or bobbin shaft is out of adjustment, or that it is missing part. There is clearly a remanufactured 'new' Singer 20u 109 that wouldn't wind the first bobbin and wasn't loosely assembled. I DO NOT believe these machines are new. In the event that I had known they were remanufactured or poorly made and falsely bore the SINGER name, I would not have paid $900 for them. For this machine, you will have to pay over $300.

Having ordered my new Singer Industrial machine 10 days ago, it arrived within 10 days. CEVA delivered the package. It was worth noting that a few things that were included in the order were not included! This is not the COMPLETE Packet of Accessories that was supposed to be included with the machine! The word COMPLETE means that is what will actually be necessary for using the machine in accordance with the manufacturer's plans! These Amazon folks are really nice, and are going to replace this machine with an upgraded one, which should include all accessories. Once I receive that, I'll be able to rate this as a five. I'd like to compliment Amazon for the pricing and service they provide. Welcome to Com!.

It's a situation I could not be any more unhappy with. The machine is a complete waste of time. As of now, it is back in for repair after having been in my possession for quite a while. In the last two weeks, this has happened five times. I have never been able to use it for more than a few weeks without it It had scratches and a rough running surface when it was delivered to me. A new one was issued by Amazon after I returned the first. There has never been a right time. It has been sitting in the warehouse for too long, claims the tech. I think this is a colossal waste of money. It's a situation I could not be any more unhappy with.

I ordered one, it worked for about 15 seconds, then it stopped working. Afterwards, we wouldn't be able to start. Since we ordered a replacement, we thought it may just have been a fluke. I waited for 4 hours before I couldn't continue. I hung up after that too. I Surely would not have expected that from a machine that costs over a thousand dollars! That wasn't the sort of thing I'd run after. As far as this story is concerned, Amazon is the only positive factor. Both machines were returned by Amazon in a timely manner from start to finish. Having Amazon back up the products we sell on their site has made me extremely happy. This was the best customer service I've ever experienced!.
