The one I had was 110 volts
This is what my husband claims melts his wax. If the heating element isn't close enough to the bottom, either you have a faulty one or you have a faulty one.
There are 110 volts in this unit.

Heats wax in a short amount of time. In addition to remaining grainy and difficult to work with, wax is also clumpy. Inland expected better from me. I have purchased several of their products and they work well, but this one is a dumb dud. The dop station at the club is not an Inland, and it is more reliable. The recommendation is not to be made. There is, however, nothing wrong with the information, other than that it is very large. There is no way to melt the wax with this unit. In order to use the unit, I need to keep the pot at a thin layer that is less than 1/8 inch thick.
Without a converter, this product will not function on a 110v system. The power supply is designed for 230v power. There is no mention of that in the product description.
Using a flame to dop the stone onto the dop stick does not work well. Nevertheless, it takes a substantial amount of time for the water It's important not to use too much wax, as the top of the wax won't stay hot enough and will be too.
Why wouldn't you want to buy this machine? I think I spent $1 on it. This is the number of dopsticks on the dowel I made 12 Dop sticks are a heck of a lot cheaper to make than to buy! I'm proud of them even though they ain't pretty, they are my dope.
In just one phone call, the seller offered to replace both the unit and the wax and sent a return envelope with pre-paid postage. This is what customer service is all about.
This is a well-made unit with a reasonable amount of space inside for pre-assembled items It is a stone that is heated. For almost all purposes, the pan is just the right size. There's a broad outer rim that would fit stones up to about 25mm, but larger pieces will extend a lot over the sides. Because the pan is not removable, it's a bit more difficult to remove old wax if necessary. *For me, this is important I gave it an A+ for build quality, the nice stick and wax bar storage, and for the nice storage of the wax bar. Because of the limited space on the rim for preheating large stones, and because of the lack of power Pot that can be taken apart.
The product arrived in good condition and on time. It works Thanks for your kind words.
It does the job well. This is a great vessel for heating stones because it has a wide lip on it. Switch that turns the device on and off. Watch your fingers when you're handling it because it gets very hot.
