There is no tarnish on them that I can see. Mine has been with me for a while. Hope. This is beneficial.

The first one had a problem. Half of it has been cut in half, and the other half has become stuck in the plastic. I assumed it was just one, but it happened three more times after that. I'm not pleased with myself.
When these arrived, I was ecstatic at first. It came in a nice package and was exactly what I needed. Then I actually used one. br>br> When I make resin items, I drill a starter hole and then screw in the eye screw while the resin is still soft. I've never had a problem with any of the others I've used. I used one of the silver ones from the set, and it broke off about halfway through the resin. I was screwing it in with my fingers, so I wasn't being too rough. Fortunately, it was not a custom piece, but I still don't have anything to sell. br>br>I'd return it, but I've already thrown away all of the packaging.
They're finished in a lovely way. So far, there hasn't been a single one that has failed me. br>br>If you drill pilot holes with a 3/32 drill bit, you should be fine.
These were purchased for a project involving spray-painted plastic animals. I screwed these into the animals after drilling holes in them. Everything went smoothly. I would strongly suggest it.
I suppose I should have known better based on the price, because I tried to fit one into a pre-existing hole. A PLA print snapped when I drilled a hole in it. Perhaps it was just a bad one, I reasoned. I screwed in the next one, and it broke in the same way. I suppose I'll have to drill larger holes and glue these in. br>br>If you need to use the screw threads to secure them into something, don't buy these.
But I figured it was worth a shot for the price. This is fantastic! I've yet to experience a break. Despite the fact that I predrilled my holes and didn't have to use jeweler's glue to secure any of them! I adore these! (Some pieces I do for added security. ) And despite their massive size, they haven't turned or tarnished! I was blown away. I'm sure I'll place another order!.
I've also taken a few breaks, so don't put them under too much stress.
Arrived sooner than expected, and everything is going well so far. I'll keep you updated!.
