After calling the company and not receiving a response, I decided to send mine back. Please accept my apologies for not being able to provide any responses.
This is an issue I've had as well. I believe it occurs when there are too many clothes in the washing machine.
There most likely is. Try clear plastic tubing used in fish tanks if you need to get creative. It should work as long as the tubing's outside diameter is close to the washer drain tube's inside diameter.
I found myself in a very good condition in a caja the size of a small lavatory.

Before I go into detail about the disappointments and false claims made about this machine on the seller's page, I'd like to say that I wish I had purchased it years ago. It washes and spins a lot better than my XXL MAYTAG, in my opinion. Let me explain: said maytag is being repaired, which has caused a minor crisis in my house because I am responsible for doing laundry for six filthy little buggers who roam the premises. My laundry room was quickly filling up, and I couldn't imagine having to use a laundry mat. As a result, I set out on a quest to find a workaround. Amazon, thank you very much. It took seven days to ship from California to Oregon, which was a bit slow. (It's no surprise FedEx is going out of business. ) The wait was well worth it. br>Now it's time to talk about the drawbacks. The first major discovery was that it is in fact 100% gravity drain.
The first major discovery was that it is in fact it is in fact it is in fact it is% It had a pump, according to the seller's website. Here are a few amusing quotes about the fictitious pump. "Small sink?" br>"Aluminum pump" br>"Aluminum pump" br>"Aluminum pump" br>"Aluminum pump" NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL! A normal bathroom sink will never overflow because the drain pump was meticulously calculated to drain the washer with pauses. "br>br>Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Let us proceed. 78. br>br>"78. br>br>"78. br>br>" 8-INCHES LONGER INLET HOSE"br>br>The inlet hose is 46 inches long. br>br>We're making progress. Nope! "Long Drain Tube"br>br>"Long Drain Tube"br>br>"Long Drain Tube"br>br>"Long Drain Tube"br>br>"Long Drain Tube"br It isn't particularly long. The drain tube, which is only 24 inches long, is a major problem. A universal, longer hose will almost certainly be necessary. If you have a floor drain, it would be fine because the drain tube reaches the ground, but that's about it. Having said that, my intention was to place this small machine next to my full-size washer so that the kids could do their own laundry. The machine, however, had to be placed inside the bath tub due to the lack of a pump. br>Electric bathtub=dangerousbr>br>Even if you tried to place the unit on the floor outside the tub, the drain tube would not reach over the bathtub wall due to its short length. Despite these minor drawbacks, I believe it is well worth the $100, and it has saved me from having to relocate my home to a laundry mat. br>br>Here are a few more eye-opening revelations: br>br>Extremely efficient at conserving water. If you're doing multiple loads, you can "reuse" the wash side. If the clothes aren't too dirty, I can wash up to four loads with the same water because the spin side fills up with water as well, allowing for thorough rinsing. It is absolutely brilliant. br>There is a lot of commotion going on. It does a better job of moving the clothes around than my full-size MAYTAG does. br>The spin side is incredibly powerful while also being extremely quiet. The most impressive feature of the washer is the spin cycle. When the clothes come out, they're almost completely dry, which means my dryer has to do a lot less work. The clothes would be dry in minutes if you hung them to dry on the line. It helps you save money on detergent. br>br> Because the measuring caps are more appropriate for a small unit like this, I went to the dollar store to get those little trial size bottles of Tide and Downey. One dollar store bottle was enough to do 13 loads. My big machine now appears to be guzzling detergent and squandering money. br>br>However, I will require a machine that has a pump. This one, on the other hand, has proven to be extremely useful. After using it for a while, I decided to write a review. Stop for the first 24 hours, and we'll see how well it holds up in my home. br>Continued from the previous paragraph. br>br>Update after 3 months: br>br>I've never felt compelled to upgrade this version. It's still in use twice a week for me. It's ideal for cleaning microfiber cleaning cloths and other small loads. I used to ruin my microfiber because I didn't properly wash them. They must only be washed with other microfiber and no other materials. I can wash them more frequently and keep my cleaning cloths clean thanks to this portable washing machine. br>It also does a better job of cleaning things than the Maytag. Which, by the way, has been broken once more! What a shame that MAYTAG is no longer regarded as a trustworthy and reputable brand. I'm overjoyed that I've regained my mobility. Funny story: I prefer to use this portable washer to wash my husband's work clothes because it actually cleans them. And when I say clean, I don't mean just a little bit. He works in the woods, so he's covered in chainsaw gas, oil, sawdust, and a whole lot of other stuff. When he arrived at work one day, his boss inquired as to why he was dressed in such 'nice' attire. Ha! That is unquestionably true.
There are a few things they could improve on and that I wish I had known before purchasing the product, but I would buy it again. First and foremost, the instructions are badly translated, so here's how you actually use the washer – which is very useful to know before purchasing the product because it's not the type of product you can load the clothes into and then leave for the entire wash cycle to complete. When it comes to washing, there are a few procedures to follow. The agitate side, on the left, is where you load your clothes and fill with water – I usually keep the water level just above the clothes level, and there are some maximum fill lines. The detergent is then added to the mix. Know that you only need a small amount of detergent – the first time I washed my clothes, I used too much and it turned out to be extremely sudsy. If your liquid detergent cap has lines on it, I would only use level 1 line for a full load if you have that type of cap. The lid is then closed and you begin your first round of washing – you can wash for up to 15 minutes, but I always start at 15 minutes. After that, you can put it aside until it's time to drain it. The water must then be drained into a tub or sink, and the clothes must be moved to the right side of the machine, where the spin cycle will begin. Because the spin side is smaller than the agitate side, you'll need to spin your clothes in two rounds unless you're doing a small load. You can spin for up to five minutes, which is what I always do. After spinning, return the clothes to the left side and add clean water, but no detergent, for a rinse cycle - You can run this side for up to 15 minutes, which is what I usually do. You then drain the water back into the tub or sink and shift your clothes to the right side for the final spin, which will most likely require two rounds. I thought the spin side of this was a dryer when I bought it, but it isn't. However, because it spins a lot of water out, smaller items like underwear, sports bras, and lighter-weight clothing will dry quickly. To finish drying your clothes, load them into a dryer if you have one or onto a drying rack if you don't. You'll also need to drain one more time after the final spin because you'll have spun a lot of water out and can hear it sloshing around inside. When draining, remember to always hook the drain pipe back on the side of your washer before moving it because the water will drip out and it will come out in a hurry. So now we've arrived at one of the washer's two major issues. Because the drain pipe is located on the bottom left side of the agitate side (when facing it), unless you have a standup shower, you must elevate the washer to drain it because it cannot drain from the bottom of the washer, up the side of the tub, and back down into the tub. That would defy gravity, to say the least! And, as I previously stated, even if you have a standup shower, the water comes out in a rush, putting your shower at risk of flooding as it drains. My toilet is right next to my tub, so my boyfriend and I would lift the washer onto the toilet lid to drain it. However, this isn't the lightest of washers, and when you add clothes and water, it's extremely heavy, and there aren't any handles on the side to help you lift it up. So my boyfriend built me a wooden stand with wheels because I need to move my washer from the guest room to the bathroom because my bathroom is too small to accommodate it. Keep in mind that most outlets are not located near the tub, so unless you get an extension cord, you'll have to move it from where it's plugged in to the tub to drain, so having it on wheels makes it much easier. And the stand he built is tall enough for the washer to sit on while draining perfectly into the tub. Since I need to wheel it around, I just leave it on the stand all the time. The second major issue is that the filling tube that comes with the washer is just a thin plastic tube that does not connect to the faucet. You can either stand there holding it onto the faucet so the water doesn't spray everywhere, or you can use a watering can instead of the tube, as I did. So, neither of those alternatives is the most efficient or enjoyable! We bought a short garden hose from Amazon for about $5 that has a rubber end on one end that fits onto the faucet head and a metal end on the other end that goes into the washer and works perfectly to fill it up. And the best part is that you can leave it to fill while you go about your business – just make sure you set a timer because I've definitely overflowed it before when I forgot about it! Filling a full load takes approximately five minutes. All in all, it's a great washer that gets your clothes clean, but you'll need to do some measuring and purchase a few extra components to get the most out of it.
I just received this product today and it is fantastic. 8/3/19 (a couple of days early) I've already completed a few loads and am pleased with the results. My previous portable washer was a lot smaller, but it lasted three years, so I'm hoping this one will last as long. And if not, I'm hoping for a replacement from the seller.
(machine number 5) It takes time and effort, but it cleans like a regular household machine, saving you time and money by not having to queue for hours at a laundromat. I was able to wash full-size children's blankets, as well as bed sheets and bath towels. This is ideal for my lifestyle because I am a full-time RVer. Washing, drying, and gas to get to the local laundromat would have cost me around $30. My money has already been returned to me. It took about a week for the package to arrive, but the wait was well worth it.
It washes beautifully and has a fantastic spinner! Has your clothes dryer, then the laundry's house dryer, and it arrived 3 days early, I can give it a 5 star rating for product and delivery.
