As for its use, it does what an oven does, nothing too fancy. Despite the purchase being very disappointing, we are very satisfied overall.

I like how it looks and how it works. There is no way to set the timer or clock. You can set the timer manually, however. Despite my attempts to learn Chinese, these instructions appeared to be written in "Chinglish". In order to set the clock, the only way is to turn off the power and then turn it back on, which will cause the clock to blink. It no longer resets the clock even when you pull the plug. So I will probably have to cover the display in black tape so that it won't bother me. It would be great if the USA office could.

Having been using the product for one month, I am writing a review. As someone coming from an electric cooktop to a GAS range, we know what to expect on which will cook When compared to electric, cooking takes a really long time on this one. This one has 5 burners in 30". My first issue with it is that it is so narrow. My wife wanted one, and I knew having 5 burners on 30" wasn't going to be practical. I suggested that she get five burners on a 36". The central one is jam packed with space, so if you cook on it, you cannot use the side due to the lack of space. Let me know if you guys want to buy. We ask you to let go of the idea of five on thirty" just because you or your wife want to do it. You can use more than one burner at the same time if you use four burners on 30". * My second issue is a stupid design flaw there is a lot of gap between the bottom of the vessel and the flame, so stuff takes a long time to heat. It takes more than 15 minutes for a small pot of water to reach boiling temperature on the side burners, much longer than on an electric range. As the grates are heavy, which is good, they are also elevated high, and this allows for more space between the bottom of the vessel and the flames, wasting more gas as the heat has to reach both. In the past, I used to cook pasta for my kids in over 20 minutes, while now, the same amount of pasta takes over 35 minutes.
