I was able to install a second oven in my space quite well. The oven does not have a light or beep signal to let you know when it has reached preheated status. The bake degrees, as well as the timer, are not detailed enough to know if you have entered them correctly. The unit is attractive, has basic options, and at a
In case you are unaware, here's what you need to know It IS NOT a good idea to have cookstoves "hardwired" to the wall power. Then you are going to cause problems if you do that. There could be a wall fire as well If you need to make repairs or clean the stove, you won't be able to move it easily from the wall. Along with purchasing any stove, you're also going to have to purchase a 220V power cord You should then attach that to the stove wire at the other end. Wiring a new plug onto a lamp wire is the same as plugging a lamp into a new outlet. Getting your feet on the ground is imperative! There is NO standardization for 220V wall sockets since they are so widely used The companies that manufacture stoves and cooktops have zero-waste policies I'm curious as to how your 220V wall socket looks like. It is so. It is also essential that the buyer obtains a 220V plug as well This means that they need to install a wall socket on the other end of the wall. There will be some assembly involved! Aside from that. The majority of large-scale projects In the box People who work in hardware stores who are unaware of the procedure]. If you have a 220V wall socket that can charge both a 220V cooktop and a 220V oven, you can operate both from one wall socket IF you use the right combiner. In order for all of this to work, you must first Make sure you have the right plug It is important that you find the right combiner for your wall socket, as well as the correct end fitting each appliance. It has been seen that the wires from both appliances can be ganged up into one
But I'm not convinced that that is a "best practice". I really think each plug should have a separate plug, then those plugs should go into a combiner/splitter, followed by a cable into a
You do not need to pre-heat. your thermostat to your desired temperature and leave. Turn the timer off by pressing the 0000 button. Preheat the food but don't use it. Make sure the temperature is set correctly and proceed
There are definitely fans to be heard. For any type of convection cooking, there are specific areas. The answer is yes, there are several of them

I have gotten my mom and my family an Empava wall oven for the second time. She had her old GE wall oven for the last 12 years and wanted a new electric wall oven to replace it. After learning that I had replaced mine not long ago, she came to me with a request for recommendations. Due to the fact that there are not many companies out there still producing these 24" wall ovens, I chose it for her. No dents or damage found on the unit, it came in good shape over the weekend. I found the installation to be as easy as it is in our home. Despite her dissatisfaction with the wall oven, she still recommends it.

The oven is attractively priced and has a great look. Although that is true, the manual and data plate are woefully inadequate as far as electrical information is concerned. Despite the absence of an amperage indication on the data plate, wattage is discernible from the data plate. In spite of that, I have never seen a data plate with no amperage information. It is not specified on the data plate nor in the manual that there is an overcurrent device. As far as I can tell, this must be calculated manually In summary, 2800 watts x 240 volts equals 12 amps, making the double-ended system You should be able to use a breaker with 15 Amps per pole. There is a 20A breaker specified here on Amazon. Is it worth it for you to install a 20A breaker and give this little mysterious hotbox 4800 watts to run My light did not have 15A fuses, so I installed 15A breakers. The manual specifies 8 gauge wire - a bit smaller than the number of strands in the wire itself. What's the reason? It is three gauges larger than it needs to be. In this case, make sure to be careful with appliance instructions, since the NEC grants full authority to appliance instructions. You can ask someone to explain the errors in the manual by contacting the manufacturer, as I did.

The convection feature heats food up fast and evenly, it makes it an excellent buy for anyone shopping for a stylish wall oven with a reasonable price. I like its good looks and reasonable price. Glass is nice and black, and it can be cleaned easily using ordinary glass cleaners. I give it 5 stars because I like it so much.

My oven is a great addition to my kitchen. It looks really good!.

As others have noted, it came in a standard box rather than the Several blows and gashes were inflicted on the box, but the oven looks fine except for a slight ding on the back corner that does not appear to be affecting functioning and can't be seen from the outside. I poked around online to find out what to do because the manual in the box didn't have useful instructions for electrical installation. A manual that had excellent instructions was available on the Empava website at some point. The oven uses 240V 3 wire wiring whereas the previous oven used 4 wire. Also, once you connect the wiring you will not be able to install the oven into the specified opening size since the installed flexible conduit mounts to the oven top and sticks out beyond It has to either be connected from the top once it is in place, or you have to do some rewiring to get the conduit to exit on the backside. A brief update I have downgraded it to 2 stars. I replaced the oven after a few days, but it no longer worked. In the replacement, Amazon shipped the one with the dents and broke the glass door due to the shipment in a non-standard package Usually the box contains all the shipping materials. My flimsy attempts to build a working oven from the two damaged ones seems to have succeeded. It will be interesting to see if it stays functional.

The oven was purchased in September of 2020, and it was installed in October. In my experience, it has provided good success and reasonable satisfaction over a period of several months. This oven turned itself off in January 2021 and remained off for nearly a year. When I got my electrician to check that it was receiving power, I called EMPAVA customer support and they immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat [there are two] and offered to send me two replacements. This is a wall, so there's nothing I can do. A backplate is attached to the rear of the oven that conceals the mounted oven and the thermostats. The thermostats will have to be uninstalled by an electrician in order to be changed Install a new thermostat on the hard-wired oven, reconnect it to the 240V circuit, remove it and replace the thermostats. Reinstall The company must have been aware of this problem when they shipped the oven, because they had to spend a considerable amount of money to correct it. It was too easy for them to find a solution to the problem. If the replacement thermostats fail, they will send you a replacement for free, but the cost of replacing them in the oven is all your responsibility. It's a bad design for a wall mounted oven and even worse if the thermostats fail the first time you use it. This is not a product that you should buy. EMPAVA IS NOT A BRAND I WOULD BUY AT THIS POINT.

What I like about the feature is that it is designed well. It is pretty useful to have access to some of them. I really like the look of it. The last time I had so many compliments was a couple years ago. The result is very satisfactory for me.
