Despite our best efforts, we received a refrigerator that was dangerously damaged. An LG representative contacted the seller after it was made clear that a used product had been tried to be refurbished and sold as new. He explained that the seller had attempted to refurbish an old product and try to pass it off The secret refurb Appliance Giant had performed caused a coolant line to burn out, causing a leak and a bomb to go off in our brand new refrigerator.

After less than three years, the company failed

As long as it didn't fail, it was ok. It is not normal for a refrigerator to fail sooner than three There is no reason to recommend LG if it does not work. Service should be available in no more than a week. Service is poor and quality is poor.
