The Fridgidaire FEF326ASE is a perfect fit
5/5

It was a little difficult to find the right element after my old one caught fire and looked like a welding torch for some time. It was on the inside of the lower drawer that I located the product number. You will see in Amazon answers that you should select part 316075104 and that it is a perfect fit. It might be, but the product manual online for this model is for I was impressed with how quickly it arrived and how easy it was to install. Keep your old sheet metal screws. It does not come with any extras, so it shouldn't be a problem. I didn't have any issues with it warming up quickly. If I had to buy this again for my frigidaire FEF326ASE range, I would.

This is an excellent product
5/5

How easy this was to install made me very happy. In fact, I didn't even know that the coil (heating element) could break, but my old one did. It was quite easy for me to remove the old coil and install the new one even though I am not the most handy person. Those who received instructions did not receive any. So that I would not burn myself, I first turned off the electric power to the oven. For the screws to come out, I used a socket wrench (you'll have to reuse the Then I attached the new coil and screwed it back in place after removing the prongs. I spent more time cleaning out the oven after installation than it would have taken to install it.

Fixes the oven that would not heat
5/5

The bottom element of my mother's oven stopped working during the pandemic (bottom element would not heat) and she didn't want a repairman to come into the house. When I looked up the problem online, the repair site stated that replacing the element at least 70% of the time would solve it. I was dubious this was what she had to do. Both her oven and element were in good condition, and there was no indication that the element was damaged. When she was cleaning her oven again, it stopped working. Although I am not very knowledgeable about electronics and appliances, and certainly do not know how to do basic maintenance, I can watch YouTube videos to learn more. The bottom element looked easy enough to replace, so I thought it was worth my while to try it As with the appliance part sites I checked, Amazon's price was much better. Finally, Amazon is also offering free returns for this item, as they do for other items as well. Since I was trying to fix it, even if I couldn't fix it, there was no harm in After turning off the circuit breaker, removing two screws, pulling the ends of the element out, removing wires from the element, plugging the new one in, replacing the two screws, turning on the circuit breaker, and testing out the oven, the repair was complete. I was very happy with the result. I am 40 years old Her 30-minute drive to her house and back took more than twice as long as the actual repair. I ended up saving a lot of money and it was quite simple. However, this is not a task that my mother could have accomplished by herself since she could not get down on her knees to reach the screws and wires at the back of the I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this element to anyone who has no trouble getting to the back of their oven before calling a repair person. On a side note, I was able to test for electrical continuity in her old element after removing it. It was evident that there was no continuity, even though the element looked okay. This review was provided in the hopes that it would be.

The oven belongs to a refrigerator
4/5

When removing the old one, you need to be very careful. Two small female connectors are at the ends, with just two inches of slack in between.

A simple installation process
3/5

This assembly includes 2 wires and 2 screws. Adding this to my Frigidaire stove makes it a triple oven element. My original element had burned out and I replaced it with an aftermarket one. The project took about a year to complete. I noticed that the diameter was a little smaller than the original, but it seems to have worked fine. blew up and smoked inside my oven after burning out and making a terrible noise. On the bottom of the oven, bits of melted steel were scattered everywhere. It has worked fine so far, but I'd give it a three-star rating since I'm not sure how long it will last. Keep in mind that the first Frigidaire part that burned out was also genuine. I hope this one will last as long as that part did.

The oven heating element for the Frigidaire Stove I was able to replace the oven heating element on my Frigidaire Stove model FEF366ECK with no problems
5/5

The part number of the manufacturer is The installation is relatively simple just make sure you turn off the power or unplug the oven To replace your battery, follow these simple steps1. Turn off your old battery. A video on how to do it can be found with any search engine, but the process is straightforward and takes only about 15 minutes. The oven should be unplugged or the breaker should be flipped. 1.

Removing two (2) small sheet metal screws from the rear of the stove made it easier to remove the heating element. The hex heads on mine were 1/4". 1. 2. The element should be about two inches wide The third item Plug the two (2) spade connectors into a different power source. You don't want them to pull back into the oven! 4
The old element has been removed. Note that 5. The new element has been installed in the.

A fair price - Replace your bake element with one of the best
5/5

I ordered this replacement bake element for my Kenmore Electric Range and it fit My oven now works as it should, and I estimate that I saved at least $100 by installing it myself instead of having a repairman do it. It took about 10 minutes to remove the old part and install the new one. I found the part to be reasonably priced at around This arrived in 3 business days, which is excellent considering what is happening in the world. It was not available in any store near my home where I could have purchased it. Big box stores such as Lowe's and Home Depot would have gladly sold me an overpriced, poorly manufactured electric range to replace mine. But why waste my money on imported garbage that will take a week to deliver and is likely to be dented and scratched? I was able to fix my Range as good as new with just this $20 part and ten minutes of my mediocre mechanical ability. The cost of the repair was saved $100 (plus the same mark-up)

Saved $650 by buying a new stove (with the part provided by the repair company)

(plus tax, shipping, a new cord, and the worthless "Extended Warranty").
