A similar problem has become apparent to me, my microphone no longer works. It worked just fine with my fiance's headphones on my computer, so I went to try my pc with his headphones to see if it was the computer. I've also had problems with sound from my games being heard by other people. I am unclear as to why this is happening. also using the splitter
There are 2 and 1/8 inches of height and about 1 1/2 inches of width inside the earpieces. I have big ears and they barely fit in there. Other than that, it seems to be a good headset.
Although my son is 2 years old and the cap fits him a little large, I think a 10 year old would be able to wear this without any issues. The headband is padded so it fits snugger to the head.

My headset was stolen while I was in a rush to replace it. A bit more research would have led to me getting something else, as it turns out. Before diving into the review, it is worth mentioning that I am a bit harsh on audio peripherals in general. As such, it is hard to find headset manufacturers who make headsets without this)
The headset only goes on one way (Traditionally speaking, the left and right sides of the headset are enforced by the microphone being used only in one direction. Although I am in the minority, I prefer having the microphone on the right side of my head)
So this headset is definitely worth the money, but if you are in the market for a high-end headset, this is not for you. Although my cons were a bit nitpicky, I wouldn't want anyone to think that I regret purchasing this item. With this headset, I knew I would get a quick fix to my headset need, but I honestly got more then I expected. It is still a cool addition that the USB light is entirely useless, even if it is completely useless. Only because it would be wasted resources unless you were trying to look cool on stream, it did not make it into the pros section. So yeah. The device is a great value if you're looking for a quality headset for a good price. Because I rarely buy high-end items less frequently than cheap products, I typically only buy them for 6 months, regardless of the quality and price. This is one reason why I prefer to buy at a lower price point rather than high-end less often. Positives:.
It is very light weight and provides very good quality sound. It is also very comfortable and lightweight. It also works well as a microphone. The headset is light on the sides, and it looks good. The only complaint I have is that this headset is meant for PC users, as both the USB cable and microphone plug are located very close together. Specifically, if you are playing on PS4, you can plug in the microphone cable to the controller, but the USB cable for the light cannot be plugged into the system. The lights worked only after I purchased a 3 foot USB extension cable. The only problem is that you are going to need a USB extension cable if you are not using a PC to play and want the headset's lights on. It's a very good product however. Excellent purchase!.
The first thing I'll mention is that I am an older father who got this for my teenage son so he wouldn't have to borrow his sister's Beats for gaming anymore. Although I had expected to pay $100, I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing and reviews for these.
I just tested them, and to me, they seem to be pretty good. Compared to the Beats he was wearing, the sound quality is less good, but I can live with that. Neither of these earphones provides as much comfort as Beats, but they are still fine to wear for an extended period of time. However, my son was not satisfied with them. One of the many gifts he received for his birthday was this. In the weeks before Christmas, we usually go overboard. did not seem overly thrilled with the product, but he did use it right away anyway. I shouted, in a fit of rage, "Thanks for the $10 scratchy headset dad!".
So, if you're a middle-aged person looking to buy an item for good value, then these would fit the bill. If however you are a teenage spoiled brat who would really like to hear what his peers will do to my mom in the best sound quality and most comfortable possible, than these headphones may not be the best option for you.
The headset and sound are of excellent quality. There is no excessive brightness to be found in the room. Among the pro's: The sound is great, the lights are dim, and the microphone is decent. The volume control is heavy and the mic is mute. The cons are:
Comfortable for most people, but not for the elderly. br>USB Plug for lights that just dangles next to the main plug when connected to another device, such as a PC or Xbox Controller. br>Can however be connected to a phone or tablet. Can become uncomfortable after an extended period of time. It's hard to believe that these cheap and reliable headphones are comparable to headsets that cost more. I like the headset a lot!.
As the parent of a teenager, I have gone through a lot of gaming headphones (other brands). There is a lot of quality in these. Features such as the wired connection and sound cancelling capabilities make this an excellent purchase.
I feel like it is a good buy for the price.
I just purchased 2 of these headsets and the headset splitters as of the following "Notes:" :1. When using an older version of the Xbox One controller, an extra Microsoft adapter is required (not included). Three-to-one 1. When connecting to a PC, you will need a 5mm jack splitter cable (Not Included) if you want to use headphones and a microphone at the same time.
3. In the game, all the USB interface is used for is to supply power to LED lights highlighting the atmosphere. ** * * Well. . . It should be noted that both headsets came with a PC Headset splitter in the box. .
I don't know who added the #2 in the notes but this version does come with a splitter.
