The giraffe is about 5" tall. The larger antelopes are about 4" long, and the smaller ones are about 4" long. It is smaller for the babies. I think they are a good size and are of a decent quality if you're asking for scale. It was a good purchase for me.

I am a little disappointed the baby giraffe's leg looks weird and he cannot stand up by himself. It was mainly the giraffes in this set that attracted me to buying it They appear to be of good quality and I don't really mind the baby elephant's size being the same as the mother, since I don't really care about it. It's really cute to see the pandas. I find them to be pretty nice for plastic toys.

Some of the baby animals have solid shells, but the larger ones are There is a wobbly giraffe in the large enclosure. Elephant mom and baby are almost the same size. So this set is OK for cake toppers or if you have a few kids, but if you need strong and durable animals for classroom use, these aren't for you. The price point at this point is pretty disappointing.
