SwimWays Standard Foam Pool Swim Noodles, Multicolor (35 Pack)

Our YMCA had to follow strict program guidelines as a result of Covid Restrictions. Everything we order for swim lessons must adhere to the six standard colors of the rainbow in order for the children to have color-coded equipment. br>When I opened the SwimWays box of 35, I noticed that the three pictures depicted five distinct rainbow colors! The same five colors appeared in all three photos, and they were exactly what I needed. The only thing I didn't have was Orange, which I could get from a different company that only sold Orange! Great ! EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. br>I read the description and thought to myself, Quotebr>" VIBRANT COLORS: Red, blue, green, purple, and yellow are just a few of the colors available for the 35 noodles. " OUTSTANDING! Verbally confirming that the rainbow noodles in the three photos matched the five colors. br>I placed an order for six cases to be distributed among the 13 branches that were about to begin swimming lessons. br>When the package arrived, we noticed that the product number on the box did not match the Amazon product description. We found the following items when we opened the box: br>Maroonbr>Bleached Redbr>Poop Brownbr>Three Mustard Yellowbr>Three different shades of greenbr>Purplebr>An entire box of Orange (not described in the picture or description)br>No blue noodle br>Only 29 noodles were left in one of the boxes. /br>br>I contacted Amazon's customer service department, and they were able to connect me with a Swim Way representative. "There is no guarantee on colors," they said, citing the word variety in the description. " I went over why this was so important for Covid Restrictions and how the THREE pictures correspond to the description box in great detail. I also mentioned that the product numbers for the two products did not match. br>br>His response to me was, "I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do to assist you," and then he HUNG UP THE PHONE! Even the Amazon customer service representative on the other end of the line was taken aback. The Amazon team tried everything they could to assist me, but all they could do was refund me for the one box that was missing 35 noodles and tell me to keep the noodles as part of Amazon's apology for Swim Ways' handling of the situation. br>br>As much as I would have preferred to simply return them all, we needed SOMETHING new for lessons. So we drove all over the place, swapping random noodles for branches that might have random colors in storage to get by. br>br>As the president of a large aquatics organization with significant purchasing power, I will never recommend Swim Ways to our 100,000 members or our 29 bodies of water for products.

This is a huge letdown.
- When you first open the box, you'll notice that the ends appear to have been torn off. The texture is rough and fuzzy. Please see the image attached.
- The second (and most serious) issue is that they aren't two-dimensional. As advertised, the diameter is 3/8 inch. They're more like a flimsy 1-. 3/4 inch. Also, see the image attached.
- Finally, they are not 55 inches long as advertised; instead, they are torn into lengths ranging from 48 to 52 inches. br>br> Because our pool has yet to be installed, I can't test them to see if they can even keep us afloat. I'm not convinced. br>br>Amazon should be ashamed of itself for allowing this type of false advertising on products that are not only hosted on their site, but also endorsed as an "Amazon's Choice" by Amazon.

I shouldn't know as much as I do about pool noodles and the different sizes available, but a surprise project for my kids this weekend prompted me to do some research and find the best solution. br>br>I adore Amazon, and I understand that mistakes happen, but this appears to be outright deception. br>br>The item I purchased from Target was 48 inches long and 2 and 3/8 inch thick. This vendor's product was advertised as being 55 inches long and 2 and 3/8 inches thick when I ordered it online. br>br>In fact, each noodle is only 2 inches thick (the thinnest noodle I've ever seen) and 53 inches long (the length isn't a big deal). br>br>They're presenting these noodles as medium-sized equivalents when they're actually smalls. Very let down. br>br>Perhaps this is a one-time occurrence, and these good people will RUSH me out the correct product before my weekend with my kids, before summer ends and the pools close.

00 ones. That doesn't bother me at all. I use these as garden dividers and padding for the kids on play equipment around the playground. My only gripe is that they were mostly lime and green, with a few blue and yellow thrown in for good measure. My OCD is disappointed because I added the amount we'd need and planned to color code them throughout the yard (I know, obsessive). If you're looking for the advertised colors for a party favor or to match something, you won't get them.

After reading the reviews, I decided not to buy these, but after looking for a larger lot of noodles, I decided to buy them anyway, knowing that the colors would not be as vibrant as the picture. I'm amazed that their color quality control is so bad that you don't get what they're "selling," but people like me buy anyway because the price is right. It would be different if they accurately depicted what you're getting and you didn't have to look at the comments to find out the truth. So my only quibble is with how they are portrayed. I knew what I was getting after reading the reviews, but I went ahead and bought them anyway because I'm using them for tramp springs and I know they'll fade in the first month, if not sooner, so why waste money on expensive noodles? It arrived on time, and I'm happy because I knew what to expect, which is why I gave it a high rating. I would have been angry and given a low rating if I hadn't known. They are not the colors shown in the picture, nor are they as thick as they claim, but they are worth the money if you don't require "all that. " " Due to false advertising, I gave it a four-star rating rather than a five-star rating.
