The customer service is excellent. There is something so adorable about that splash pad. In the beginning, the space style was purchased. I ripped the part in which the hose attaches and it flew off in less than five minutes. Sending it back for reimbursement was my action. An email apologized for the breakage and offered to send me a replacement since the first was defective. This is the replacement, and it has the alphabet on it. I am pleased with how it has held up so far. There is a huge difference in quality between the two. After three uses, the replacement broke.

As I live in Arizona, I had the card sent directly to her home in Kentucky. During a warm day in the backyard, you can turn the water way down and still enjoy a great sprinkler. Once the outer tube is full, you can turn the water back up.

I like it a lot. It was a lot of fun for my kid to use and it was also fun for me. I think it's fun to use, but it's a little tricky to drain.
