Aww, this is one of the cutest things I purchased my 2 year old a froggy swimmer that is very similar to this and after trying a number of baby floats, we found that this was the most safe because it has a harness that goes around them, and they can also walk around with it without a problem

Fast forward to today and I can't float anywhere in my new pool since we bought a house with a pool. As fast as I could find it, he was throwing fits in the one we found and it wasn't as safe as I wanted. There was something so adorable about the little baby in the shark mouth, I couldn't resist the design. There's no comparison between this shade and the one on the froggy. The froggy was inflatable and floppy, and was no use at all. With its little teeth and tight fit, this one is a winner! I love how cute this is! Also, take a look at the little tail, he sounds hilarious as he swims around the pool in it, and because it floats, it keeps him from flipping backwards. This inflatable comes with its own air pump, so you don't have to spend lots of time blowing air at it There are also rattles that make the toys rattle, so your baby can be heard at all times. For babies who still aren't able to balance in a puddle jumper, I highly recommend this. On the 2 year old, we have tried those and his face will still go under. They stay put on this float even when it's raining.

This is the first floaty we've bought & our first ever Despite that, he is still able to splash around and play His feet were on the ground. Since he will eventually need to learn to swim, I don't plan on using it for very long, but it is definitely a great purchase for letting him float around with his friends in the pool. )

Broken as soon as it happened

An immediate problem arose when the fastener/thread unraveled out of the box. So we figured there was sufficient strength to hold up the shade, so we wouldn't change it. My baby is in the bottom of the pool, so I go to grab the harness to strap him in, but a strap snaps and we both fall Our experience with this product was poor. We couldn't even use it for a full minute. I would not recommend it.
