The seats are a MAJOR issue, and the company takes no responsibility for accommodating their customers for a replacement, even though the unit is stored indoors during inclement weather.

Santa only had to bring this one present. My three children, ages five, three, and two, have been playing with it nonstop. On the one hand, I can ride with them. Having a great time. The handle bars on one side had too much weld in the way of holes aligning for bolts, so assembly took a while. My father, who works in tool and die, was fortunate in that he had the necessary tools to grind it down to fit. That was the only criticism I had. Otherwise, the instructions were simple to follow, and I am a woman who put it together on my own; it just took a lot longer than if I had had assistance. Other reviews stated that it could be dangerous for small children because it spins, but that is also true of a swing set with back-and-forth swings. All that is required is oversight. The seats are made of a low-quality material that will most likely break down over time, so they will most likely be moved under a covered porch to avoid the elements. Others have stated that the seat rubs off a red stain on clothes, which is true if they are wet. It is a big hit with the grandchildren. The only issue was that one of the children was about 20 pounds heavier than the other. They eventually figured out that the heavier child should sit further forward and the lighter child should sit further back. I dislike the small hard wheels, so we plan to modify it and replace the wheels with 8" pneumatic tires (company suggestion!). This was purchased for a soft carpet rec room in the basement.
My 3- It's a big hit with my four-year-old grandkids. It is strongly recommended that you keep an eye on your children! Allowing toddlers to get in the way while this is going on is not a good idea. br>The instructions were fairly clear, and the parts were well labeled, but before I started, I devised my own method of identifying the parts. It would have been more intimidating if I hadn't already gotten used to putting toys together. It can be put together by one person, but it would be a little easier with two. Given that the seats are cloth, they will need to be covered every day if used outside. This is a fun ride for kids of similar sizes when they are supervised, and it requires good balance.
