They're made of foam.
Yes, both sets contain the same blocks, but the quantities are different.
I have no idea. I threw away the packaging. I'm not sure if it's made in the United States. There's not a lot.

After opening the box, we discovered that the pieces were covered in grit/dirt, and that many of them appeared to be glittered. My only guess is that it's the metal residue left over from the block-cuttering machine. The pieces with curved edges have the most "glitter. " I'm going to sanitize these by throwing them in a tub. It's kind of alarming how gritty they arrived, and it makes you wonder about the conditions in which they were created.
The blocks have a nice texture in the hands and add visual interest. For parents, it's refreshing to see something other than the usual primary colors or blue for boys/pink for girls on the floor! br>br>The smaller "bridges" (rectangles with a semicircle cut into them) appear to be slightly too small for the cylinders (if you put two "bridges" together around a cylinder to form a square, there will be a tiny gap in the square, only about 1mm), but this could be due to structural necessity - They stay firmly in place once you've put them on! These can be used to join multiple cylinders or to build a platform. Squares with holes in the middle can also be used to accomplish the same goal.
I knew I needed these after seeing my 7-month-old play with them at a friend's house. I like how they're packaged, and I like that they come with a bag to store/carry them in. The colors are lovely, and my 7-month-old son and his one-year-old friend enjoy them. For babies and younger toddlers, this is a must-have.
These were purchased for my 2-year-old granddaughter, who we have discovered enjoys constructing towers and then knocking them down. These appear to be colored wood blocks, but they help her avoid injuries while still allowing her to walk on, roll over, kick the towers town, and build as high as her imagination will allow. They were a hit with her! My daughter also liked the mesh storage bag because it was convenient to store and clean. I strongly advise it.
Our daughter was given wooden blocks as a gift, but she never used them. We purchased these foam blocks, and they are used on a daily basis. They are beautiful in terms of color and shape. Our daughter enjoys putting these together and no one gets hurt when she knocks them down!.
soft. They were purchased for my three-year-old granddaughter. She adores blocks, and I didn't want to get her an old-fashioned wooden block that would injure her, so these are ideal. It even came with a mesh bag to transport it in! The only drawback is that they are a little on the small side. Perfect for her tiny hands, but I think I'll have to order a second one. Three more will give her a little more material to work with.
These are ideal for toddlers who enjoy building things. I don't have to be concerned about falling blocks injuring my child. The only problem is that some of them are damaged or defective; some of the blocks have bubbles in them, and others have been squished to the point where they lean (you can't build something straight if it leans). I would buy them again because my toddler enjoys them so much.
They're light and don't hurt her when she tosses them around. It's also flexible, so it can withstand being bit without shattering. They float, don't absorb water, and stay put after a lot of use. They will remain mold-free if properly stored in the mesh bag provided. In or out of the water, it's simple for little hands to manipulate and build. They are attractive to play with because of their vibrant colors.
