The banner material feels like a real banner. It came with a long string for it, but I ended up cutting just two pieces to tie it up because of my small space. But I can use it again later, as it makes a small space look a lot bigger. My husband will be using it for his graduation and my daughter will be using it for her graduation.

I needed to make her room special as a last-minute gift for her as she will be returning from college this weekend as a graduate. The Congratulations kit was easy to use and I was thrilled to find it. Quality is high on these items. It is not I am very impressed with the quality of the banner. There are no cheap balloons here these are quality balloons. I am very pleased with how the streamers are made to look so festive. Excellent job!.
