It would be easy to pretend that he has As my kids got older, I named them junior elves. In other words, on this occasion, they came with our usual elf. The only difference is that they are training so they may touch them. Even though these elf's are in training, they're still keeping an eye on you they just report to the main elf instead of to Santa. They are a hit with my kids. I like how tiny and adorable it is.
I think the elf should be able to stand up on his own without any problems.
This is a good question. Up until I opened it, I thought it was a plush with a plastic face like the original. Unlike the original, the hat is made up of only fabric and the face is made out of plastic. Despite being hard plastic, the body is covered in a red fuzzy fabric. Apparently, the elf's arms and legs can move at a ball/socket, so that the elf can stand or sit with arms by his side or wide open at the top. You should check it out. It's adorable! There is no plushness to this, but it looks like it

It's so cute to see this little guy! In fact, my daughter has a favorite baby doll she cannot live without, so I made a dress out of felt for her and I plan on using this mini elf as her baby doll. There's no doubt this elf is stiff, and you can see from the picture that it can stand on its own. This is the perfect solution for my needs!.
It's more valuable than what is Unlike cheap fabric elf models it is not made of cheap materials. As heavy as an old fashioned doll, it weighs a great deal. The detail and cuteness of the product make it well made. The size of it is a little smaller than I thought it would be, so I placed a 12 oz. Coke can next to it so you could see it better.
I can use the small furnishings that my daughter uses around the house to hide and he can use other small furniture that he has lying around. In addition to his 4 older siblings, we are going to use him. We're in for a great elf season this year!.
The item is significantly larger than I expected, but what's even worse is that you cannot even move your legs or arms at all. There was no thought put into the When I would buy it at a store, I would pass it by because it isn't worth the It was so inconvenient that they did not even make it bendable and 1/4 smaller. I will return it it and make my own. You can see why buying on the internet is such a pain!.
$10 is the value of that. The price of this item has gone up since I got him on sale. The kids love that he is cute and he is a baby elf "in training," but that's about all they know about him. There is something felt covering his body and his limbs are smooth, painted white stubs. He can't grip anything and I don't know how people get him to stand. Mine just falls over and his arms can't stay upright. I kind of imagine him as a baby doll lying there all by himself. To make him sit upright, I have to place something between him and his seat. In the end, I gave up trying to get him to stand he's not even worth the sale price. I am not sure if some of the dolls are defective since we see people post pictures with them propped against something like I do with him to keep him.
There is no way that he can possibly be that tiny! It cost me eight dollars when I bought it. I remember when 99 was released. I was shocked at how much the price had gone up a couple weeks before Christmas when I went to buy another one! That was the price I was willing to pay, so I didn't How tiny he is is a hit with my kids. In addition to our 2 regular size elf on the shelf dolls, we have now added this one. We love that he's so cute and tiny and makes our elf on the shelf tradition even more enjoyable for everyone. Since he was under 10 and I didn't have to pay 30 dollars for him now, I'm happy I purchased him when he was under 10.
It has always been the tradition to have an Elf on a Shelf in our family. Since she plays with so many Barbies and LOL dolls, we have a few dollhouses around the house. I think it is going to be the perfect addition to our holiday celebrations! To ease my mind, I took its legs out of the box to see if they were When you want, you can have it standing up or sitting down. It is unfortunate that the arms do not move but this does not ruin the experience! I think that this elf is the perfect size for what we'll be using him.
As part of my job, I had to move across the country last year. In the past, I used this technique to annoy my nephew he was ignoring me on a video call, and I would slowly slide the tiny elf into He would jump 10 feet as soon as he saw the video call. It's not a good thing when he has bad manners, I said to him. It's something I want to keep on hand throughout the year!.
