The wheels are very nice. It was unexpected that the outer ring came with scale hardware but did not appear to be of high It is necessary to locktite all of the fasteners on the wheel before use, otherwise the hardware will fall off. There is some question as to what size steel bolts are used, but I used a 2mm nut driver for some of them but not for others. Also, do not plan on using the internal brass weights that bolt through the center hub like beef patties. There are inner and outer centric rings in the hub of the wheel that offer great shear strength, but the inner ring had to be rounded flat in order to accept It is an excellent product that I would buy again, but if you plan to run wheel weights I would look for a different option.

After the first set, one came with a missing ring, which Amazon replaced instantly (note Amazon is the middle man). The second set, however, the ring screws started to come off Right away, there were no options for tightening the screws. You might think they're really cool, but you really shouldn't waste your money on this brand, instead, spend some more and get something better made and that will last more than 3 minutes.

It is very well made and at a good price. I received some extra scale hardware with the wheels, so that was a nice touch. However, they are a bit difficult to put together compared with other wheels that I have used. There's a good chance that it was my tires.

The wheels on this car are very nice. The Scx10s were very easy to assemble and replaced my stock Scx10 perfectly. Each wheel has two spokes. My only suggestion is to tighten down all the hardware, including the small bolts on the outside of the wheel that are securing the beadlocks. The new set of wheels came with spare bolts, so I did not need to tighten them. On the trail, I lost a few of them. My replacements were thread locked in after I tightened them all down. Since then, I have not faced any issues.

They are well worth the money. RC crawlers have been on my bench since 2004 and I have owned or have owned nearly every brand of aluminum wheel they sell or did sell. There is no other wheel brand on the market today that compares to DJX. Loctite is your friend in cases like these. Put a drop of Blue Loctite on every screw and you will have no problems.
