I am sorry, I do not have an 80mm to try, but the 110mm compresses to 65mm
Thanks a lot for visiting. Yes, they should work on the SCX10, since they come in a range of lengths, I use the 90mm and the 80mm on it. Please note that you just need to measure the distance from the eye to the eye to determine the proper size. Hope
The easy way
There are too many problems here to be rated The vehicle is a 10 scale model. I have not used mine long because they leaked no matter what I did, but if they are any smaller, they could be used.

The shocks were OK for the price. It looks nice, but I should change the shocks because the ones I received leak shock oil pretty fast. Another problem is the pistons have multiple big holes in them. It feels like I'm using 20wt even though I'm using 50wt.

The shocks were good. To keep them tight, there is an o ring under the preload adjuster. A set of 80mm wheels for my mud truck is on its way.

If you like wasting shock oil, go for it. Regardless of their good quality, the shocks I did receive are a bit of a pain to fill and maintain, and if the manufacturer is making it complicated to maintain, then they should at least disclose that or send them pre-filled shocks It can be filled with oil or redesigned in a way that it is not flooded with oil It's the shock that holds the rings.

We are not talking about hobby RCs here. The RC could be either a better or cheaper alternative to the big box store's RC which costs 60 bucks or more. Do not take this the wrong way. I am very pleased with how they look and fit the Ecx Ruckus It was like there was water in those, so I put 50 oil in them and they started to leak. For me to have some control while operating the ruckus, I had to put 80/90 gear oil in them.

Their fragile construction makes them easy to break apart. If a shock is not taken apart and thread locker applied to all threads before putting back together, it will fall apart at the most inconvenient time. Also, shocks don't hold oil very well.

It looks like they have knurling on the adjusting ring, which is good for a scale build. One of the shock mounts dislodged when I was installing it. It appears it wasn't pressed all the way in. The oil isn't in the tanks I put 60 watts in all of them, and so far there are no leaks. If I had the opportunity to buy again, I would.

There are probably better options if you want it to be smooth as possible for crawling. These are fine for landing jumps and stuff, but if you need it to be smooth for bashers and such you may want to look elsewhere.
There is a spacer in the middle of the 2 part spring. When the spacer is used a little bit it gets scratched up by debris scratching the shock tube, making it bind a lot and making the suspension This is not good when you are trying to go over an obstacle and your shock loses half of.

Immediately after opening the package, rings were cut and divided into two portions. There are a number of theories about They were not seated in the shock's body when I received them nor did they sit inside it when I bought it. There is such a wiggle in the ball ends, I would be better off tying them to the truck with zip ties. It was a total disappointment. The shocks on a Walmart Rc are better. These are not something I'm going to put on my truck at all. There are injora ones that look similar to these that are far superior. You don't want to do that.
